Theo the Trump Employee Episode 13 Mueller instigates War

Theo was in a bad mood.  He thought that now that the Mueller report was over, it would get better working at the White House.  Instead, the Democrats seemed hell bent on fulfilling their campaign promise that if they won the house, they’d impeach Trump.  Those talks had died down and Nancy Pelosi did a good job of keeping her fellow Democrats at bay.  Unfortunately, Bob Mueller wasn’t done.  He gave a 10 minute press conference in which he basically said that nobody would ever hear from him again and he wouldn’t take any questions.  For people who complain about how secretive the most transparent president in history, Donald Trump, is, it’s laughable that none of those same people had any problem with Mueller refusing to answer questions about his report.  The speech was a 10 minute virtue signaling to congress to impeach President Trump but he wants none of the blame or credit for it.  With this added heat, the White House was a stressful place to be again.  Although Theo normally asked his friends to meet him at the bar, today he wanted to suffer alone.  He sat at the bar and ordered a drink.

A petite girl in a red polka dot dress sat next to him.  She was elegant and pretty with light brown hair but skinny in every way possible.  She said, “You look down, are you okay?”

                “Yea, I’m fine”

                “Are you waiting for someone?”

“No, but I don’t think I’ll be good company right now.” He said despondently.

The girl’s smile was wide and she said, “Well you’re in luck because I’m great company.”

Theo smiled and the girl said, “See, It’s already working.”

Theo didn’t want to be rude but he knew how to make people go away in DC and in New York, where he previously lived, he stated, “Okay, but I’m a Trump supporter.”

Unlike many previous times he’d drop this line or the derivation ‘I’m a far right conservative’ the girl didn’t go away.  She tilted her head keeping the grin and said, “Well then we can debate.  Are you okay with that?”

“Absolutely” Theo said, “I think the problem with this country is that there isn’t enough debate among people who disagree”

“Well, we already found common ground so this may be beneficial.  Did you see Mueller’s speech?”

“Yea, he’s a coward for running away like that and not answering questions”

“Well, his fellow congressmen will carry the torch from here.”

Theo gave her an odd look and retorted, “You do realize that Mueller is part of the executive branch not the congress?  There’s no such thing as his fellow congressman.  He’s an inferior officer to the president.”

The girl gave an embarrassed look and pronounced, “No, I didn’t but that’s just technicalities.  He didn’t indict Trump because of the OLC”

“It’s called a guideline.  He still could of.  It’s not a law; you don’t have to follow it.  Ken Starr didn’t.  He also told Barr three times in private that that wasn’t why.”

“Well I don’t know about all that.”

                “I do”

                “Okay, but he didn’t lie”

“There’s no point to bring it up.  Why mention it at all if you weren’t going to use it?  The special counsel has no prosecutorial power to begin with so he couldn’t indict anyway.  He recommends to the FBI or other law enforcement to indict.  He only brought it up to sow doubt to make these impeachment rumbling become hysteric screams from the top of mountains.”

“Well, I can’t deny that that is what happened but he said that the report speaks for itself.”

“That’s the problem.  The report is a fraud.  He leaves out information to try to make it seem like it’s worse than it is.  If I was gathering evidence to charge someone and then I realized that there was no reason to prosecute.  I then tell the court that I’m dropping charges because there’s no evidence.   Afterwards, I release all the evidence to the public without giving the guy I was going to charge any chance to defend himself.  What would you think?”

“No big deal.  Respond after it’s public”

“The fact that people think that is the problem.  Let me ask you something.  If you are a defendant for a crime and you are let go then what did the jury find?”

                “That you’re not guilty?”

                “Right, they don’t say ‘innocent.”

“It’s implied because you’re innocent until proven guilty”

“Okay, so take the Mueller situation when he said that they didn’t find any evidence he didn’t commit a crime.”

The girl looked back and forth and she stated, “I don’t know what you’re getting at.”

“You’re innocent until proven guilty.  You just said that.  So, there’s no such thing as not finding evidence you didn’t commit a crime.  The whole point of a criminal proceeding is trying to find evidence you did commit a crime.  If you don’t find evidence he committed a crime, he’s innocent.  There’s no varying degree.  Either there’s evidence you committed a crime so you are charged or there isn’t and you’re not.  As a lawyer, Mueller knows that.”

“Well do you have an example of stuff he left out?”

“One of Trump’s lawyers, John Dowd, left a voice mail for Michael Flynn’s lawyer.  With this declassification, we now have a transcript of the voicemail to be compared with what Flynn’s lawyer said.”

                “Which was….?”

“He was asking to get on the same page and he said, ‘So let me know what you plan to say, you know, if you can without giving any confidential information, it would be good to see.’  Mueller took the part about ‘don’t give me confidential information’ out.  What you’re left with is, “Let me know what you plan to say…that would be good to see.’  Without that clause is sounds worse than it is.”

“Well, they were meeting to see what he was going to say.”

“Lawyers talk all the time.  Prosecutors give the defense all their notes so they can form a defense to it in court.  It’s part of the discovery.  There’s nothing wrong with that.”

                “Like in My Cousin Vinny”

“Yes, Like in My Cousin Vinny”

                “Are there any more?”

“There’s a lot of them but what’s most interesting is the DOJ seems to be covering one up.”

“Now you sound like a conspiracist”

“You know how Barr has the power to declassify anything he wants?”

                “Yes”

“Well, he told the DOJ to declassify the transcript between Mike Flynn and Kislayek”

                “I’m afraid I don’t remember that part.”

“Mike Flynn was the director of national security under Trump and Obama.  He was fired by Obama because he openly critiqued the Iran deal.  While he was in the Dominican Republic, Obama disbanded a group of Russian diplomats that were living 30 miles from DC.  The Russian ambassador, Kislayek, called Flynn to talk about sanctions and Obama sending the diplomats home.  Like six weeks later, they interviewed Flynn about that conversation.  The FBI agents that interviewed him said he wasn’t being deceptive but since his recollection didn’t match exactly with the transcript, they charged him with lying to the FBI.  They then threatened his family and kept appeals and lawsuits on him until he spent over a million dollars in legal fees only to give up and plea guilty to save his family from bankruptcy and whatever they threatened his kid with”

                “That sounds really shitty”

“It is, but that’s not the worst part.”

                “What’s the worst part?”

“Why won’t the DOJ give the transcript that they compared Flynn’s comments to in order to charge him?  The FBI writes memos called ‘302’s’ when they interview people.  It gives details about what was talked about.  What if the FBI 302 and the transcripts match up?  Is that why they’re hiding it and refusing a direct order to declassify it?  If the 302 matches the transcript for all intents of purposes then they did all that on someone they knew was innocent.  They falsely charged him and then bankrupted him and went after his family for a lie.  If they can do this to a lieutenant in the United States Army and the Director of National intelligence, think about what they can do to you.”

The girl declared, “Okay, now I know why you’re drinking and I think I need one too.”

Theo ordered her a drink.  He turned to her and said, “By the way, what’s your name?”

                “Athena”

“Hi Athena, I’m Theo” as he put out his hands and Athena shook it.”

A guy came up and said, “Hey Athena, sorry I’m late.”

Athena said, “Hey Imtiaz, this is Theo, he’s a Trump supporter that I’ve been having an interesting discussion with.”

Imtiaz glared at Theo and said, “Just so you know, you’re boy is going to get impeached.”

“The Senate won’t kick him out of office after you do but I fear what will happen to the country.”

“Oh please, we survived before him, we’ll be better without him”

“No, because you’re going to have conservatives protesting.  Now, that in and of itself isn’t bad as they, unlike liberals, don’t destroy property or make a mess when they protest, but with the counter protests of the violent libelous, scandalous, anarchist, treacherous left, someone is going to do something stupid.  The Left is going to attack a large group of conservatives and unlike what they normally do, the conservatives may fight back and it’s going to end very badly for the left.”

“Why would you worry about that?”

“This is my country.  We don’t want Civil War but conservatives are being harassed in restaurants, store owners are being vandalized and victimized if they serve conservatives or have conservative values, they are being banned from social media. With all this discrimination, I see impeaching a president because they spied on him and wanted him to toe the line and refused could be the catalyst for relatively non-violent conservatives to become violent.”

                “Bring it on”

“We have ex-military, cops, hunters, and martial artists on our side.  You’re side has teachers college students and gamers, do you really think you want this fight?  Conservatives aren’t non-violent because they can’t throw down; they’re non-violent because they know how unstructured combat is like and how ugly it is.  They try to avoid it because they’ve seen, been in and done shit.  Also, some of them are religious and God told them to turn the other cheek but even Jesus destroyed a temple because people were selling shit in it.  Everyone has their limits.”

                “You sound like Dan Bongino”

“He’s a great example.  Trained in boxing and Brazilian Ju Jitsu, was a secret service agent and a cop.  He can throw down but he hates violence and avoids it at all costs but he’ll be in the protest.”

“Are you aware of that war he’s having with the producer of ‘Chernobyl?’”

“Yes, are you aware the ridiculousness of taking offense because the host of a podcast that millions of people listen to daily endorsed and promoted the show you produced?”

Imtiaz seemed to consider it, “Well, I think he just meant that Bongino didn’t understand” he stated not very convincingly.

“I would argue the producer doesn’t understand Chernobyl despite the research he must have done to make a historically accurate series like he did.  Still, you want people to discuss and debate your art.  Every piece of art is different because it changes depending on who’s viewing it.  You should encourage that not get offended because someone that differs from you ideologically likes your product.”

“I see your point but you can’t blame socialism for an accident.  There are accidents all the time.  There was even one in America with Three Mile Island”

“Three Mile Island was not a level 7 event so no there hasn’t been an accident like Chernobyl very often.  It’s only happened twice; Chernobyl and Fukushima”

“There you go, Japan isn’t communist”

“The problem with Chernobyl wasn’t the accident; it was the cover up of the accident.  Free markets stop cover ups.”

Imtiaz took on a sarcastic tone as he fired back, “Oh right, the free market solved all life’s problems”

“Why do you think that the same level 7 nuclear accident led to 2,000 deaths in Fukushima and tens of thousands in Chernobyl?”

Imtiaz opened his mouth to speak but then closed it.  Athena asked, “Why?”

“In Fukushima, as things were failing and the nuclear plant was melting down, they evacuated everyone.  First it was to five kilometers, then 10 and then 20.  The immediate death toll was 0 as opposed to Chernobyl that wanted to save face and said there was no problem.  The communists believed that bad press was unacceptable so they denied it so people stayed.  They stayed and they died.  Fukushima was not communist so they’re okay with bad press and admitted that there was a problem and tried to preserve life rather than preserve their image.  And this is in a culture that thinks suicide is honorable!  They had more respect for life than the communists in the Soviet Union”

Imtiaz responded, “Well, it was lovely talking to you.  I’ll see you at the Civil War” as he got up with a smile and walked out.

Athena frowned but went with Imtiaz.  Theo paid his bill and tried walking out.  A woman with tanned skin said, “You know you shouldn’t drink without eating something.”

Theo turned around to find a dark brown haired girl that was about a foot shorter than his six foot frame.  She had tanned skin and was wearing a T-shirt that showed her stomach and short shorts.  Theo said, “I think that’s a good idea.  What’s your name?”

                “Dite”

                “Hi Dite, I’m Theo”

They sat at a table and Dite said, “So where are you from?”

“Grew up in Cleveland but I spent most of my life in New York.”

“I’m from New York as well.”

                “Nice, where in New York?”

“The Bronx.  Where did you live?”

“All over the east side of Manhattan, Bay Ridge and Astoria.”

“You moved a lot within New York before coming here.”

                “I did.”

“Do you still keep up with it?”

                “I do”

“I heard you talking about politics.  You seem pretty knowledgeable; you’re not like most conservatives.  You’re pretty calm and not angry.”

“I don’t think you know many conservatives then.  You just go by what the media tells you conservative are.”

                “Ah the whole ‘fake news’”

                “Yea”

“What do you think about this Supreme Court Case with the Department of Commerce vs. New York?”

“The idea of asking citizenship on the census?  I don’t really know.  Obviously, I’m okay with the question because when determining the amount of House of Representatives you get, you should only count citizens.  I just have a strange feeling because it’s eerily like the debate that led to the 3/5 compromise.  Except for the very big part that we’re not talking about slaves, we’re talking about illegals”

                “Undocumented workers”

“No, they came into the country illegally, they’re illegals.  You assume they’re working, many don’t.  Many are gangsters or just here for the free healthcare and government benefits.  My label does incorporate all of them not just some of them.”

“That’s a strange way to accuse me of stereotyping.”

“You are, but it’s the way your brain processes information so for the most part it’s okay.  In this case it’s not though because you’re basing your stereotype on ignorance and what you’ve been programmed by the media to say rather than actual logic and interactions.”

                “Ah” she uttered unconvincingly

“To answer your question and getting over my trepidation that we’re in the same debate that we went through over 200 years ago, I feel the issues is the more residents that are declared ineligible to vote, the more your vote counts because you make up a larger percentage.  When the governor draws districts to try to make districts where minorities are the majorities so they can exploit them with barrios that are the modern day version of plantations, then it works against them if the illegals can’t vote.”

“Wow, that was a lot.  Plantations?”

“Yes, they give them welfare; they tell them that if they try to get a job and make something of themselves, they’ll take away their benefits.  Just like how a slave master tells them that they can go in the real world but then nobody is going to feed, clothe and house them.  They tell them how scary it is.  The difference is they put the slave to work.  In the barrios, they just want you to vote.  I mean look at every city with a black mayor or where blacks are in power.  They do nothing to help black people.  If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the citizenship question, then these barrios that you drew arbitrarily may end up being white majority because most of the minorities are ineligible then the white people can stop the community from being a barrio and actually help people make something of themselves.”

“I feel like you’re being racist but you’re also talking about getting minorities out of the barrios and getting them off welfare and making them self-sufficient so I’m confused.”

“Get rid of your theory that conservatives are racists and there will be no more contradiction in your head.”

                “It’s just highly charged”

“I admit it is, but that doesn’t make it false.”

“Let’s just move on.  What do you think of Joe Biden?”

“I hate him.  He has so much baggage with his collusion with Ukraine, Spygate, his son laundering money, his inappropriate touching and the fact that the left has spent years saying old white people shouldn’t be in charge and now they may nominate one.”

“How does Biden have anything to do with Spygate?”

“In those infamous texts between Lisa Page and Strzok, Page, the FBI lawyer, says, ‘POTUS wants to know what we’re doing.’ In that meeting where they tell Obama what they were doing, Joe Biden was in attendance.”

                “When was this?”

                “January 5, 2017”

Dite thinks about this for a little bit and articulates, “Right, Trump is inaugurated in mid-January so Obama is a lame duck still.”

                “That’s correct”

                “Proceed, I’m with you.”

“After the meeting Susan Rice sends an e-mail to herself.  She says they talked about that Obama wanted everything done by the book from a law enforcement aspect.  She then distinguishes that from a national security operation in which there are some things they should keep secret from the next administration.”

“The first part is fine, but the second part is a little sketchy.  I mean Trump is going to have the same position, so he should probably have the same information.”

                “Right”

“But, I mean you don’t want to be President and then have that joy diminished because the Russians made it happen.”

“A couple weeks before the election, Obama gave a speech in the Rose Garden saying how it was ridiculous that an American election can be stolen because it’s declassified”

“He only said that because Trump was talking about how if he lost, then there was voter fraud.”

“Exactly, he set Obama up.  He knew he’d win.  He knew that the Democrats and Hillary were colluding with Ukraine and Russia so he accused them of doing what they would accuse him of.  He called their shot.  The fact that they took the bait and we still had the last three years, just shows how stupid the American people are.”

“I don’t know about all that.  I mean Trump could just be projecting.”

“Something else the Democrats do well.  In fact, it’s really their only move.  That and name calling.”

Dite gave a wry smile, “Very funny” she retorted sarcastically

Theo continued, “The e-mail was a cover.  With that e-mail Obama can say that he told them to do it by the book and they didn’t.  He’s throwing the FBI under the bus.  The first part was written for a reason”

                “And the second part?”

                “That part is true.”

“That doesn’t make sense.  The same e-mail is half cover up half truth?  If it doesn’t say what you want it’s a conspiracy, if it does then it’s true.”

“With Barr’s investigations into the origin and the Dossier not being verified and Mueller giving a new standard of justice that the prosecutor no longer needs to prove you committed a crime but he also has to prove you didn’t commit a crime, is there any doubt that some of this wasn’t done by the book before January 5, 2017?”

“Mueller is the only thing that happened after but yea all the other stuff before is a little sketchy but the dossier hasn’t been refuted.”

“Again, it’s been refuted.  There’s holes, there’s more evidence it didn’t happen then it did.”

                “Why do you say again?”

“You’re saying that when you get accused of something, the burden is on you to prove you didn’t do it.  That’s not how it works.  They have to prove you did it.”

“Oh shit, right, yea, the whole innocent until proven guilty thing.”

“Yea, and every high ranking person of the DOJ and FBI has said the dossier wasn’t verified.”

“So it wasn’t done by the book.”

“And the FISA warrants and Strzok’s investigation and the charging of Flynn and Papadopoulos happened before January 5, 2017, so…..”

“If you put in writing to do it by the book it’s too late for the FBI to do it by the book.”

                “So why do it?”

“I’m not going to go so far as to say it’s a cover up.  But, I don’t have an alternate explanation.  I’ll just admit it wasn’t done by the book and it does make the FBI look bad.  What do you want to see happen?”

“I want Obama to testify under oath.”

                “And ask him what?”

“Did you tell the FBI to do the investigation by the book and they disobeyed a direct order or did you tell them not to do it by the book and they were just following orders?  I’d also like them to ask the FBI the same question.”

                “Obama will never testify”

“I know, the DOJ is still run by Hillary.  We’ll never get justice.”

“That’s why you had all that ‘Civil War’ talk.”

“I hope I’m wrong.  I probably am.  I just work in the White House so I’m on the front lines of listening to the fights.  I guess the average person doesn’t really care or is involved.  I mean there’s so many examples of people walking the streets asking people questions to show how little they know so maybe I’m exaggerating.”

“I think you are but those things are selectively chosen”

“Maybe but I’m not so sure.”

They finished dinner-and went their separate ways.  To be honest, Theo felt better than when he first came in.  He wondered if in a short time, Capitol Hill would be full of conservatives and counter-protesters would come to try to provoke an incident.  What would happen?  He hopes he won’t find out.  He hopes that the Democrats and Justin Amash will do the right thing and not impeach the president.  His faith in the Democrats doing the right thing, however, had hit zero.  Time will tell

Rejected Chivalry

Theo had a rude return from a trip to Los Angeles. During his trip, one of his friends was hit by a car. The driver realized it and instinctively reversed not realizing that she reversed back over the girl she just hit's leg. Luckily for Evangelia, she only had a torn meniscus. Theo didn't even wait to go home, he went straight from the airport to Evangelia's apartment to check on her. He was met there by two of Evangelia's friends. It turns out Theo overreacted. A soft cast and some rehab, Evangelia would be fine. One of her friends, Maryse, didn't really like Theo because he was a conservative. The news was a buzz as the Mueller report just ended with no American citizen colluded with Russia during the 2016 election. Maryse said, "So, now that Mueller said there's no collusion, will you admit that Mueller wasn't a partisan hack and wasn't on a witch hunt?"

"What are you talking about? Mueller has known for two years it was a hoax. He dragged it on."

"He exonerated Trump"

"Trump exonerated Trump because he didn't do anything wrong. Mueller doesn't get any credit. You don't get credit for doing the right thing. That's like a parent saying, 'I take care of my kids.' You don't get credit for that, you're supposed to take care of your kids! Mueller knew it was a hoax, there was not a shred of evidence so saying it isn't noble, it's just what you should do."

"How do you know he's known for a while?"

"Because Byron York, Dan Bongino, John Solomon, Margot Cleveland, etc. etc have known for two years and they don't have the resources Mueller had. A couple weeks after starting the investigation, Mueller asked for a scope extension because only focusing on collusion wouldn't work. Why else would he ask Rosenstein to extend the scope if he had something on collusion?"

"Well I don’t know about any of that, but he did end it, didn't drag it on till the midterms"

"Yea because Barr was sworn in as attorney general, now that the person he reports to isn't a partisan Hillary guy, he couldn't get away with it anymore."

"You still seem angry about this, why can't you just be like your fellow conservative David Gergen and take the highroad? Like Churchill "In Victory, Magnamity"

"Churchill also said, 'We shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with great confidence and strength in the air, we shall defend our island whatever the costs may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the windy grounds, fight in the fields, and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills, we shall never surrender."

"So they get no sympathy from you? You don't think 'illegal takedown' is a little much"

"It was an illegal takedown. They illegally spied on him on a faulty dossier that was never verified, so yea no mercy"

"Well, Mueller said that he couldn't make a conclusion on obstruction."

"He forwarded it to the DOJ and Barr and Rosenstein signed off on it. I quote, "In consultation with Rosenstein, we found no sufficient evidence that the President committed an obstruction of justice offense.' again Trump exonerated Trump on obstruction because he didn't obstruct"

"They didn't really look at it then"

"Didn't need to, MeCabe said under oath there wasn't collusion. Comey said in his memos, also under oath, that Trump told him to investigate his satellite associates to make sure they're clean and Jim Baker, FBI lawyer, said under oath that they told Trump he wasn't being investigated. How do you obstruct an investigation you don't know about?"

"Barr was appointed by Trump"

"And everyone on the Mueller council worked for Obama and most worked for Clinton too. Rosenstein, however, wasn't appointed by Trump. He signed the 4th FISA and now he's signing no collusion so he's finished. He admits that he lied on FISA he signed. That's why Trump kept him on. So people like you can't say that because Rosenstein signed off on it too. Genius!"

"Even the NY Times says the system worked. Bret Stephens, move on"

"Nobody at the NY Times is a real conservative. System failed because the system is supposed to verify information through the Woods procedure. Four FISA's no verifications. 20 reporters, nobody tried to verify. David Kramer and John McCain handed the dossier, neither verified. The FBI didn't verify, Rosenstein, Comey, Yates. This is like Katie Genovese, 27 witnesses of her getting rape but nobody called 911. So many people could have nipped this in the bud if they just did their job. If they just followed procedure. System failed! Because it took over two years. Flynn, Papadapoulos, Manafort all charged for false information. So we shouldn't vet information if it hurts political figures we don't like? You call that the system working? You call that justice?"

Evangelia said, "Can we not have a political discussion right now, my knee really hurts."

Theo said, "Fine, sorry"

Theo and Maryse lived seven blocks from each other. When it came to leaving. They left together. Theo's apartment was on the way to Maryse's. They left together and Theo passed his apartment to walk her home because it was late. Maryse said, 'Oh come on, you don't have to walk me home"

"You live close"

"Look, women aren't these helpless little creatures that need a man to help them."

"Men are less likely to be targeted than women. I am less likely to have to prove I can fight than you are."

"Whatever, let's get back to your boy Trump, who is trying to turn back time to when women need men to protect them."

Theo said nothing, "So what do you want to make up now about the President?"

"You keep blaming the media but why couldn't they just have been tricked by Steele like everyone else?"

"On January 19, 2017, the NY Times wrote an article saying 'found no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, the officials said, intelligence reports based on some of the wiretapped communications had been provided to the white house.' that was right before Trump was inaugurated. So, they knew then! And they let it happen and continued to report on it."

"It wasn't just the Dossier, it started because of Mifsud, Solizza said so"

"Chris Solizza also said that Trump's odds of winning are approaching 0 so he has no credibility. Also an FBI agent Gaeda met with Steele on July 5, 2016 and the investigation was opened on July 27, 2016."

"Okay, so he was getting more information."

"So why was Papadopoulos not interviewed until January 2017? If he's the key figure why wait so long to interview him? Besides Downer recanted the story himself. Downer said later that he never mentioned Trump. Downer said Papadopoulos and he never mentioned Trump and never said dirt on Hillary just that Russia may have damaging information, which was public information by then. Why wasn't Mifsud arrested? Is he really Russian?"

"Okay, I don't want to talk about this and I have to pick up milk at the bodega across the street from my apartment. I think I can cross the street without you escorting me. Go home."

"Fine good night."

"Good night"

Maryse and Theo touched cheeks and kissed the air and Theo walked back home. When Maryse left the bodega, she crossed the street to her apartment. A man came behind her and shoved her inside. Maryse dropped her purse as her body tensed up. The man picked up the purse and took out her wallet. Maryse said, "Look you can have the wallet. Please don't hurt me."

The man opened the wallet and said, "Apartment 1A, let's go bitch"

Maryse screamed but a hand was slapped against her mouth. The man easily dragged her by the head toward her apartment with one hand as Maryze was only five feet tall and was very slender and petite. The man took out her keys and opened the door and entered. He dragged Maryze into the bedroom and threw her on the bed and put a knee against her stomach to hold her down still holding a hand over her mouth. He said, "If I remove my hand, are you going to scream?" Maryze shook her head no. he continued, "If you do, It will not end well for you. This will be even more painful than I intended. Do you understand?"

Maryse nodded her head yes. The man removed his hand and Maryse stared back and said, "Please, don't do this."

The man grabbed her shirt in his hands and yanked it apart ripping it down the middle. He grabbed her breasts hard and moved his hand down and unbuttoned Maryse's pants. He grabbed the two ends and snapped his hands apart sending the zipper snapping down. He pulled off her pants and Maryse said, "It's not too late, you can stop. I won't press charges. It's not too late. Please, you don't want to do this, I've done nothing to you."

Maryse's bra was unclipped and her panties were pulled off. The man undid his own pants and his erect penis protruded out. He thrusted his pelvis forward and penetrated himself inside Maryse repeatedly. He wrapped Maryse's legs around his waist and caressed her legs and butt as he continued to drive himself into her. He kissed her neck and sucked on her breasts. He moved his mouth to hers and extended his tongue against Maryse's. Maryse kept them clenched and the man said, "It would be wise for you not to resist."

Maryse pursed her lips and extended her tongue to meet his. They made out and then the man stood up. He grabbed Maryse's arms and pulled her up to her feet with ease. He turned her around and pushed her midsection over the bed. He jammed his member until her anus as blood trickled down Maryse's leg. Tears streamed down her face as she moaned in pain. She knew she was helpless. She had no martial arts training and she was much smaller than him. Finally he withdrew and he said, "Get down on your knees."

Maryse obeyed. She opened her mouth knowing what was coming next. He was going to enter in all three orifices. Maryse reached around and grabbed his butt as she bobbed her head back and forth driving his penis to the back of her throat. She pulled it out and started licking his scrotum as she stroked his penis. Soon she reinserted him into her mouth. It didn't take long before semen exploded out of his shaft and filled Maryse's mouth. She swallowed the contents and looked up expectantly. The man grabbed her by the hair and jerked her to her feet. Maryse whined hysterically, "What are you doing? I did everything you asked. I didn't fight, please, what else could I have done?"

Maryse found herself in the bathroom. She was thrown unceremoniously into the tub and the water was turned on. The man said, "Either you lather yourself down or I will."

"Maryse grabbed the body soap and rubbed it all over her body. She made it a point to put her fingers into her butt and vagina. On one hand she wanted to get every aspect of him off but she knew what he was doing. He was making sure that she washed off all the evidence. The man wiped off the keys and the purse and walked out of the apartment. Maryse called 911 and ambulances came quickly to tend to her wounds. She didn't have anything useful to tell the hospital or the police officers. Her assailants was never found but Maryse made a full recovery. The whole time wishing that she should have just let Theo walk her across the street to her apartment.

Spygate debate in Australia

Dan is going to Australia. The decision wasn't too hard as his cousin was studying abroad in Sydney so he was merely visiting him and taking advantage of having, perhaps for the only time, a free place to stay in Australia. Dan isn't going to limit his time in only Sydney as he plans on travelling to Melbourne and Cairnes. Dan goes to JFK airport in New York and gets on a Quantas flight that takes 5 hours and 20 minutes to get to Los Angeles. As he transfers to his gate, he sees that his next flight is already boarding so he immediately gets on the 14 hours 22 minute flight to Sydney. Dan is an experienced traveler but this is long even for him. He arrives at 9AM Sydney time so he is going to have to hit the ground running and resist the urge to take a nap or else he'll spend most of his vacation jet lagged only to come back. He lands in Sydney and is happy when he clears customs that his cousin is waiting for him. Dan stops by his cousin's dorm and drops off his stuff and then immediately they head to the harbor not caring about the light rain. Dan is blown away by the Sydney Opera House. Most famous buildings don't live up to the hype when you see them in person but the Opera House is not one of them. He walks around the building snapping pictures frequently in what he will later call his favorite building he's ever seen.

After seeing the harbor, they grab lunch and Dan tried Kangaroo. He had it before but that was years ago. It's not a bad meat, a little gamy but he would prefer beef or pork any day. At night, they go to a bar. A couple Australians come up to them and ask if they can sit. Dan says yes. The Aussies don't mince words, they ask, "So, you're Americans. Do you like your President"

Dan's cousin puts his hands up following the unspoken rule to never speak about politics when travelling abroad. Dan, however, does not follow this rule. He chimes in, "Yup, love him."

"Even after he called White Supremacists 'fine people'"

"That never happened"

"What do you mean?"

"You're talking about Charlottesville. The issue was whether they should change the name of a park and take down a monument to Robert E. Lee who was the Confederate general during the Civil War. He said that people on both sides of the debate were fine people."

"Well, you don't know which two people he meant, the question was asked about Neo-Nazi's"

"I'm not interpreting anything. He explicitly said, 'I'm not talking about the Neo-Nazi's and white supremacists because they should be condemned totally' I know we Americans don't speak the Queen's English but how else do you interpret that?

"We Aussies aren't very big fans of the queen either mate. You guys have mass shooting a lot over there."

"It's underrepresented but most of the world does. Didn't you just have a shooting in New Zealand"

"New Zealand isn't Australia, they're doing the right thing though, banning semi-automatic guns."

"I guess you don't remember 1996"

"I was born that year so no"

Dan forgot that this was a college bar so people there were born in the mid-90s. He shook his head realizing that he was probably the oldest person in the bar and he was only 33. Dan said, "Well let me teach you about your own history on the year of your birth. In 1996, Australia had a gun buy back program in which they destroyed 1,000,000 guns. Crime was falling before then but it fell sharper in America."

"Alright so it worked."

"Oh no, it didn't. The theory is less guns less crimes right?"

"Yea"

"Aussies were so afraid that they were being de-armed that the black market gun market increased dramatically because Aussies knew what liberals don't; that confiscating guns only takes guns away from law abiding citizens not criminals. Those 1,000,000 guns were replaced by 1,026,000 guns. When you say that there's a larger drop in America, it' s because we increased our gun ownership in a larger discrepancy than you did. Both countries, however, had more guns."

"So more guns, less crime"

"Yup, because you don't know who has a gun to protect themselves. Deterrents work."

The night proceeded with drinks and more lighthearted conversations until Dan went back to his cousin's dorm for much needed sleep.

A couple days later, they were on a plane to Melbourne. The short one hour and nine minute flight brought Dan further from home than he's ever been in his life. He was now over 10,000 miles away from home. They walked around the river and had dinner. They spent the night in their Air BNB and then rented a car to drive on the Great Ocean Road. They would end up sleeping in the car because they wanted to finish the whole thing as they underestimated how scenic it really was. The next day, they went back to Melbourne and drank at a restaurant that had Tiki torches spray fire into the sky sporadically. It was pretty cool. Dan walked to Rod Laver Arena even though he knew the Australian Open was months ago. It was under heavy construction but after watching it so many times on TV, it was surreal to be standing in front of it. Pulling the all nighters in New York to watch the event that seemed so far away was now directly in front of him.

A girl walked up to them and they began talking. Melbourne is a very metropolitan city and there are a lot of tourists so having an American accent doesn't distinguish you too much. The girl was also American. She said, "This your first time in Melbourne?"

"Yes," Dan replied, "My cousin is studying in Sydney so I came to visit"

"Cool, I come here like once a year to stay with family. I love it here"

"I'm Dan"

"I'm Katerina"

They shook hands. Katerina was very pretty. She was 5'9" long brown hair, thin in the stomach but well endowed in the breasts and butt region. Her fair complexion made Dan think that she was Greek. He said, "You look Greek"

"I am but that's not too risky a bet in Melbourne. We have the largest amount of Greeks outside of Athens."

"We? I thought you were American"

"I am, I just want to move here especially with Trump in charge over in America. You're not a Trump supporter are you?"

"I am"

"But he obstructed justice"

"And, a couple months ago you would've told me he colluded with the Russians. You people keep changing your story hoping that the people forget why it was debunked the first time."

"Okay, so debunk it for me."

"Which one? Obstruction or collusion?"

"Start with Obstruction"

"James Comey, former FBI director, under oath said 'The President went on to say that if there were some satellite associates of his who did something wrong, it would be good to find that out, but that he hadn't done anything wrong and hoped I would find a way to get it out that we weren't investigating him' those are Comey's closed door memos. So two things, One, how can you say he's obstructing when he asks the FBI to investigate? And two, how do you obstruct an investigation that you don't know is going on? Comey told the President that he wasn't under investigation."

"Comey was a snake. That's why he got fired."

"Fine, Andrew MeCabe, High ranking member of the Department of Justice said, "There were no efforts to obstruct the investigation' in front of congress on Capitol Hill."

Katerina typed some buttons on her phone and pulled up the quote and her shoulders sank. She looked up at him and said, "Now I'm afraid to ask but collusion?"

Dan smiled, "Do you know about the dossier?"

"Yes"

"What did it claim?"

"Trump colluded with the Russians"

"Specifically, what specific claims did it make?"

"I don't know"

"Four main allegation 1) 2013 Moscow Hotel Room, Trump watched a prostitute perform a "golden shower" show on a bed while Russian spy cameras recorded the whole thing"

"Yea, I heard about that. Obama slept in that bed too."

"Did you see the tape?"

"No, not that I remember"

"Because it doesn't exist. It never happened. Lies. Never verified"

"Well maybe Mueller has it"

"You really think the media wouldn't release it if they had it? Everything has leaked. We have text messages between FBI investigators and lawyers. We have Cohen's notes in meetings with Trump which should be protected by client-attorney privileges. You think they could keep that a secret?"

"Guess not"

"Secondly, head of Rosneft, state-owned oil company, offered low level Trump foreign policy advisor Carter Page billions of dollars in return for ending U.S. sanctions against Russia. Despite that's what the FISA warrant we know about is based on, Carter Page has never been arrested, they can't even prove that Page met with Rosneft let alone took money. Flynn, Papadopoulos, and Manafort all charged with process crimes and nothing on Page and he's the guy that had the most invasive spying tactic the United States will allow on him. Still nothing!"

"Yea, I haven't really heard much about Carter Page. I don't even know who he is"

"That's because the media would rather ignore the story than admit they were wrong. Third, August 2016, Trump fixer Michael Cohen met Russian officials in Prague to arrange secret payments to Russian hackers who attacked the Clinton Campaign."

"Well Cohen's working with Mueller now."

"And yet still, he says he's never been to Prague. They checked his passport, one news organization, forgot which one, sent people to Prague to ask around at hotels and restaurants if anyone had seen Cohen. They showed his picture around nobody saw him. After months, they gave up. I mean these allegations are so ridiculous, not only does the collusion not happen but the trips and meeting don't even happen. Cohen did say under oath several times he's never been to Prague. This seemed to be the one they thought they could prove so more time was devoted to it and still not one shred of it is true. The man had never been to Prague much less met Russians to arrange secret payments there. This is just asinine."

"I think you made your point."

"Last one, Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign chairmen, managed the well developed conspiracy of cooperation between the campaign and the Russian leadership including an 'intelligence exchange' that had been running between them for at least eight years. After Manafort left campaign, Cohen picked up where he left off."

"Ah ha, that one happened because Manafort was charged and sentenced to seven years in prison by Mueller"

"For what?"

"Tax evasion I think"

"Any charges relating to collusion or what I just told you? By the way, Manafort was involved with Ukrainians not Russians."

"Ummm, I don't really remember"

"Check your little phone"

Katerina did so and sighed, "No, none of this has anything to do with Trump. But Trump hired him and Manafort sounds pretty sleazy"

"That I can agree. Probably why he wasn't on the campaign very long but he didn't collude with Russians on behalf of Trump"

"It would appear not"

"So, what do you think about your dossier now."

"I think I'm on vacation and this is too serious a discussion for a bar."

"Too bad, you brought it up. Many people signed documents saying they verified the information in the dossier and they lied. Hopefully every signatory goes to jail."

"Maybe they were tricked"

"Trey Gowdy, Congressman from South Carolina asked Comey "Do you know whether the bureau endeavored to either contradict factual assertions made in what has later been described as the Steele Dossier? Comey responded, 'My understanding....'First off, any time someone asks a yes/no question to a guy and he doesn't say "'yes' or 'no' he's probably ignoring the question or about to lie'"

"Okay"

"So, Comey's answer to the 'yes' or 'no' question, "My understanding is that that effort - that an effort was under way to try to replicate either rule in or rule out, as much of that collection of reports that's commonly now called 'the Steele Dossier' as possible. And that work was ongoing when I was fired"

"Ok, so they were working on it"

"They had a FISA warrant and renewed it three times before he was fired. For the first one you have to swear the information you have has been verified not just in the US but in New Zealand, Australia, England and Canada too. Everyone that signed off on the FISA lied because Comey admitted that it wasn't verified when he was fired after the FISA had been issued and renewed three times! Jonathan Moffa also circuitously said no"

"Who's that?"

"Deputy Assistant Director in Counterintelligence Division for the FBI"

"Alright, so, ummm, fuck, I mean Trump is still a bully who cares if he probably didn't collude with the Russians?"

"Nobody deserves the awesome power of the United States Law Enforcement community to attack you with no evidence of a crime."

"So you're saying you feel bad for Trump?"

"Shockingly yes, the government is so corrupt they managed to make a sympathetic character out of Donald Trump, of all people."

Katerina laughed. "Okay fine whatever"

"I mean seriously, this is like that movie Dracula Untold where they make Dracula look like a good guy. Who was so bad that Dracula seems good? Well you're Greek, you should like this."

Katerina smiled, "I didn't see the movie but based on that hint, I'd say the Turks"

"Bingo, Trump is Dracula, might not be the most politically correct guy but compared to other government officials, who are like the Turks in this example, he's a good guy."

Dan finished his drink and the next day while his cousin was in class, he did the Cogee to Bondi walk stopping for an hour to swim at every beach. It was the first time Dan had ever beach hopped. Normally once the towel gets dropped, he stays all day. Not this time. Of all the times to do it, the Cogee to Bondi walk is one of the best times. While waiting for the bus at Bondi, he went on his phone and saw an elderly gentleman with a link to a video. The caption said, "the most disturbing video I've seen in a while" he clicked on it. What he saw was an elderly man in Seattle about to give a two minute speech to the city council. He notices that they're all looking down at their phones. When he asks them to look at him when he's speaking, the moderator yells at him that he's wasting time and refuses to restart the time. Dan couldn't help but feel sorry for him. He also decided that this is why he doesn't like when people say, 'just write your congressman' government officials don't listen to their constituents. That was the problem with government.

Dan finished his trip in Australia and flew back to New York. It never ceases to amaze him that people come out so strongly against Trump but when they discuss, they seem to not know what they're talking about. He always blamed the media but to be honest, he didn't watch mainstream media because he knew it was wrong but it hurt in debates when people asked, "Why is it fake news?" He wasn't willing to waste his time though. He read independent documents like the actual FISA warrants and sworn testimony transcripts. It took more work but he felt he could analyze it as much as the next guy. Australia was a phenomenal place and he told everyone he could that they needed to visit. It is definitely worth the long flights.
