It is June 9, 2016, and Donald Trump
Jr. is meeting in Trump Tower with his brother in law Jared Kushner and two
Russians heavily connected to Hillary Clinton.
At this point, neither Jared nor Trump Jr. know the intimate
relationship between the Russians they’re meeting and Hillary Clinton but this
meeting will spark a huge controversy as Trump Jr. took the meeting because he
was told that these Russians had dirt on Hillary Clinton. A state department translator, that has done
most of his work with Democrats, named Anatoli Samochornov is sitting in and
translating back and forth between the two parties. As he is fluent in both Russian and English,
it is safe to say that even though he’s not involved in any of the negotiations
or content, he has the best understanding of what was said as nothing is lost
in translation for him.
It turns out that his services
aren’t needed for very long because the meeting concludes in approximately five
minutes making Anatoli happy that he’s not paid by the hour. As this was a vanilla meeting that ended abruptly,
Anatoli never mentioned the meeting again.
When the media got a hold of the meeting and blew it way out of
proportion, Analoli shook his head and chalked it up to the media doing what it
does best and exaggerated a story. Anatoli
only realized that this story wasn’t going away when the government set up a
special council headed by former FBI director Robert Mueller to investigate
whether or not President Trump colluded with Russia.
As he is sitting at home,
Samochornov receives a phone call from the FBI asking him when he would be
available for an interview. Sanorchornov
readily agrees to come in but mentions on the phone that it may be a waste of
time because there wasn’t much to the Trump Tower meeting. They schedule the meeting for July 12, 2017,
over a year after the infamous Trump Tower meeting. Three days before, on July 8, 2017, Anatoli
sees an article in the New York Times by Adam Goldman, who has been peddling
the Russian collusion hoax for the better part of a year now. The article talks about the Trump Tower meeting
and how incriminating it is. This isn’t
too far removed from other stuff the media has been saying but Anatoli still a
little confused how this is still a topic.
At this point, he can’t wait for the interview to finally set the record
straight.
On July 12, 2017, Anatoli comes
into the FBI office and gives his statements answering every question they
have. As is customary in the FBI, the
agent must write a 302 or a summary of the interview conducted. Unfortunately for Donald Trump, this 302
wouldn’t come out until he’d be up for reelection in 2020.
Anatoli sits down across from the FBI
agent who offers him something to drink.
Anatoli is quick to turn it down as he wants to get this over with and
he is not nervous at all. After some
easy non-probing questions to give Anatoli a false sense of security, the FBI
agent gets to the meat and asks, “What did they talk about with regards to the
2016 presidential election?”
Anatoli responds, “Nothing”
“What do you mean ‘nothing?’”
“It was a very short meeting so
there wasn’t time to talk about many topics but they didn’t have any
discussions about the 2016 presidential election.”
“Did any of President Trump’s
officials speak on who in Russia they were in contact with?”
“No, they never mentioned any collusion
between the Russian government and the Trump campaign.”
“I’m confused. This meeting occurred because Rinat Akmetshin
e-mailed Trump Jr. and told him he had dirt on Hillary. Trump Jr. responded, ‘If that’s true, then
I’d love to hear it.”
“I am aware that’s how the
meeting originated. I actually think
that’s why the meeting was so short.
Trump Jr. came in there thinking they’d hear something about Hillary but
all they wanted to talk about was the Magnitsky Act.”
“Was any deal made about Magnitsky? Was there a promise that if Russia did
something or paid them something then they would rescind the Magnitsky Act?”
“No nothing like that. Look, if you’re looking for a smoking gun;
there isn’t one. I don’t remember them
even mentioning Hillary Clinton by name.
Trump Jr. seemed offended that’s what they wanted to talk about so he
left with Kushner and everyone else on President Trump’s campaign.”
“Did they schedule a follow up
meeting?”
“Not that I know of. They certainly didn’t discuss it in the
meeting.”
“What is your opinion of Donald
Trump Jr.?”
“I don’t particularly like
him. He seems like a spoiled rich kid
who talks tough but that’s easy when the president is your father.”
“Are you aware of his comments
made about his meeting with Veselnitskaya?”
“I am”
“Do you have an opinion on their
authenticity?”
“Yes, he was telling the truth
with everything he said. That’s why I
didn’t go to the FBI myself because there was nothing nefarious about the
meeting whatsoever.”
“Thank you Mr. Sanorchornov, you
are free to go now.”
“Thank you sir, I’m glad I could
help.”
After writing the 302 about his
interview, the FBI agent hands it over to Bob Mueller and forgets about it as
it is out of his hands now. He did his
job so now it’s time to move on to his other cases and responsibilities.
Bob Mueller reads through the
302 and sighs. He exclaims, “This is a
whole lot of nothing. Everything we look
into turns out to be a dead end. How can
one man be so clean?!”
His chief investigator who has a
long history of witness intimidation, Andrew Weissman, responds, “I don’t know
about that. I think the set up went
rather nicely.”
“How do you figure?”
“We didn’t care about the
content of the meeting. We just wanted
the meeting to happen because the optics of two well connection Russians going
into Trump Tower to meet with his son and son-in-law looks very bad. After that, we just let people use their
imaginations.”
“They could have mentioned
Hillary Clinton to make it seem like they didn’t take the meeting under false
pretenses. Maybe Trump Jr. would have
slipped and said something we could use.
Instead, they didn’t even mention Hillary. Some set up that is.”
“We already got what we
wanted. There was no reason to
jeopardize the mission by mentioning Hillary.
Even if we tried giving them false information, they would have known it
was false and then we alert them that they’re being set up.”
“They walked out of the meeting
anyway”
“True, but I think that result
would have happened if we brought up Hillary too.”
“I guess it doesn’t do any good
talking about it now. I just don’t know
what to do. The lead investigator of
Crossfire Hurricane (The investigation into Russian collusion with the Trump
campaign) has just had his texts released to the public. Apparently he was having an affair with an
FBI lawyer and they exposed the whole plot.
I need to distract people from these texts and I was hoping this 302
would do it but there’s nothing in it.”
“They don’t know that.”
“What?”
“The 302 is classified. We’re the only ones that know what
Sanorchornov said. Again, let people use
their imaginations. You were just given
something by the FBI about the Trump Tower meeting and now we’re raiding the
houses of everyone in that meeting.”
“We don’t have any probably
cause to do that.”
“Again, nobody knows that and we
own the justice department so there’s nobody to stop us or reprimand us. Everyone is in our pockets. We can do whatever we want.”
“The best defense is a strong
offense.”
“Yes, I would agree.”
“I have to think about
that. Everything else I’ve tried has
failed so it may have come to that. I’ve
tried to do this by the book. On June 9,
Steele met with the State Department and he couldn’t keep his story
straight. The State department official,
Kavalec, was good to point out everything he said that was demonstrably false
and he corrected it before bringing it to the FISA court ten days later.”
“It wasn’t good that Steele
listed two Russian disinformation specialists, one being a former SVR head, as his
sources. He basically admitted that he
colluded with Russia to take down Donald Trump for colluding with Russia.”
“Yea, Steele isn’t the
answer. There are so many reasons he’s
given us to determine he’s not a credible source. That has become abundantly clear. We need something else. You’re right, we need to start going on the
offensive to defend ourselves from the malfeasance of the FBI. The bureau is essential to our Republic so
the people must not know the rampant corruption and malfeasance involved in
this. How can one man cause so many
people to do so many stupid things?”
Mueller picks up the phone and
orders a search warrant for all the attendees of the Trump Tower meeting. He also issues an arrest warrant for
President Trump’s campaign members George Papadopoulos and Paul Manafort. He had a sting operation with Papadopoulos as
he was given $10,000 cash while abroad.
It is the exact illegal limit to bring from overseas without
declaring. Unfortunately, Papadopoulos
left the money with a lawyer in Cyprus.
Mueller had to scramble and make a probable cause arrest and make up
that he lied to congress and the FBI later.
After all, when the FBI is the only one that holds transcripts of the
interview, they can pretend it says whatever they want it to say.”
The Mueller report concludes in
March 2019 with no collusion and no obstruction. Technically, Mueller doesn’t say ‘no
obstruction’ but opines that he can’t make a determination. Therefore, it falls on newly appointed
Attorney General Bill Barr to decide and he quickly concludes no
obstruction. Barr writes a five page
summary of the 438 page Mueller report.
In order to save face from his epic failure that he was tasked to do;
take down Donald Trump, Mueller publicly attacks Barr for misrepresenting his
report. After hearing the shade thrown,
Barr calls Mueller and asks him what part was inaccurate and Mueller responds
that none of it is. He remarks, “One
criticism is that you never mentioned that I didn’t find any evidence that
President Trump did not collude with Russians to steal the 2016 election.”
“That’s because that’s not how
our justice system works. You are
innocent until proven guilty so there’s no such thing as not exonerated. You are either guilty or not guilty.”
This exchange brought upon a
firestorm by the media as they attacked Barr and called him a Trump
stooge. Nancy Pelosi even threatened to
arrest him for what he did in the prisons under the Capitol Building that hadn’t
been used in decades. Like all media
hysteria stories, this one died down and they moved on to many other hoaxes to
try to undermine and take down the president.
After all that failed, in 2020, the courts decided to try their hand and
succeed where the legislative branch of the government failed so
miserably. As the FISA court was up for
renewal along with sections of the Patriot Act, the law enforcement entities
desperately wanted to continue their power that they have loved abusing for so
long. After an Inspector General report
revealed what everyone knew in that the FBI lied to the FISA court to illegally
spy on Carter Page, the FISA court decided to feign disgust. After strongly worded statements, they did
nothing else and it died quickly. Now,
fighting for their survival, they begin releasing statements again. As the Mark Twain saying goes, ‘it is better
to have everyone think you’re a fool
than to open your mouth and remove the doubt.’ The FISA court releases an
official statement admitting that Fusion GPS, the firm hired by Hillary Clinton
to dig up dirt on Donald Trump, was digging up dirt on Hillary. Although they retracted it later, the fact that
it was a written statement and not a speech, it was hard to claim that it was
just an innocent mistake.
In order to take the attention
off that slip up, Federal judge Reggie Walters releases a public statement
railing against Barr for his handling of the Mueller report a year ago. Walters concludes that because of this, Barr
cannot be considered credible and threatens to make more public statement
later. When asked for clarification,
Judge Walter only mentions Mueller’s letter to Barr saying he mischaracterized
his report leaving out the subsequent conversation in which Mueller admits that
none of it is untrue. Considering the IG
report reprimanded the FBI for at least 17 serious omissions and errors, it
appears Judge Walter is just as bad as the FBI agents who lied to the FISA
court.
With all these members of the
Judicial Branch re-litigating things that happened years ago, FBI director
Christopher Wray calls the FISA court officials and arranges a meeting. He states, “We need to do something to save
face. I’m afraid just ignoring this
isn’t going to make it go away.”
The judge that confused Hillary
Clinton for Donald Trump asks, “What do you have in mind? You want us to press charges on your FBI?”
“Of course not. What I would like you to do is let the agents
involved fall on the sword and sacrifice themselves for the bureau and the
renewal of the FISA and Patriot Act.”
“That sounds like you’re going
to fire them.”
“No, that’s too harsh. I want you guys to ban them for botching the
Carter Page Surveillance and the wire taps.”
“We can do that. You’re saying that we’re going to spin this
to make it appear to be an isolated incident with some bad actors rather than a
systemic problem?”
“Precisely”
The FISA official protrudes his
lower lip and nods, “I like it.”
“Great, I’m going to call my
contact at the New York Times to print the article saying this. We need to get it into people’s heads that
the Carter Page FISA was the only one that was invalid and nefariously
achieved. Due to this, we can’t throw
away the whole system for one bad case.”
The New York Times does indeed
write the article and when Wray reads it, he shakes his head. This was supposed to be a concession to the
Trump supporters and Republicans who want to see heads roll, but the author of
the piece couldn’t resist attacking Republicans; calling them conspiracy
theorists. The writer also lies and
asserts that Inspector General Horowitz never said that the FISA on Carter Page
was politically motivated. Wray remembers
the open testimony when Senator Lindsey Graham asked him point blank if he
could rule out political bias and Horowitz said he couldn’t. It wasn’t an admission that it was
politically motivated but claiming that it meant he said that there
definitively was no political bias is dishonest. Then again, that’s what the New York Times is
supposed to do; dishonestly and unfairly cover anyone right of the political
center.
As this is going on, the
Democrat primary field for who will challenge Donald Trump in November is
narrowing down. It is now just a two man
race between Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders. This Donald Trump the youngest
candidate, which destroys the Democrat narrative that old white men shouldn’t
be in charge anymore. Luckily for the
Democrats, China had unleashed the Coronavirus and despite President Trump
banning travel from the three most affected countries long before the media and
Democrats recognized it as a threat, it did make its way to America. This caused the stock market to plummet in the
worst collapse since the 2008 housing bubble burst. Since the media was so focused on the virus,
nobody noticed that the February job growth numbers almost doubled
expectations. The unemployment, which rose
0.1% in January was back down to 3.5%.
Usually when you add 270,000 jobs when the CBO and other ‘experts’
expect you to have 173,000, the market would soar but Coronavirus fears
successfully quelled this result on the first full day of trading after the
news. With so many positive under
currents, it appears the market is prime for a massive surge like it had a week
ago. Monday, March 2, 2019, the market
shot up that even four straight days of declines that financial advisors called
‘collapses,’ the week still ended higher than it had been when the week
started.
Another thing stifling the
Democrats in the upcoming election is that billionaire Mike Bloomberg made a
late entry into the primary and had just withdrawn his candidacy. The reason this hurt the Democrats as a whole
is that since their other hoaxes failed, they had circled back to Russian
collusion. Now the claim that Russia can buy an election for three hundred
thousand dollars worth of Facebook ads seems ludicrous since Mike Bloomberg
couldn’t win a primary after spending $500 Million on ads. Not only did he not win, he won one primary;
in American Ghana, and had less than 50 delegates. His campaign was an epic and total failure
with a price tag of $ 600 Million.
Bloomberg’s humiliating defeat also had the negative externality of
crippling Bernie Sanders as well.
Sanders has been screaming from the rooftops how it’s unfair that
billionaires control everything but it was clear that the multi-billionaire
Bloomberg couldn’t control anything in a presidential primary.
Since any slight on the
Democrats will elicit a harsh and vitriolic attack by the media, MSNBC leads
the pack attacking Bloomberg for being a greedy capitalist who threw money
around. They then decided to be experts
on what Bloomberg should do with his money because being on the most liberal
news network apparently makes you a certified financial analyst. They tweet that Bloomberg spent 500 million
dollars on campaign ads and there’s 327 million people in America. With these two facts, MSNBC concludes that
Bloomberg could have given everyone in America a million dollars and still had
money to spare. To prove that MSNBC is
filled with nation’s best and brightest, the TV commentators repeat this tweet
and discuss it seriously. None of them
realize that if you gave everyone in America a million dollars, it would cost $
327,000,000,000,000, not $500,000,000.
To put that into perspective, it would cost 16.35 times what the entire
United States economy is worth.
The Democrat primaries proved
one thing and that’s media and establishment trumps money as Joe Biden is
leading Bernie Sanders for the nomination and Mike Bloomberg, despite massively
outspending both of them, is out of the race.
