Trish Anderson is a lawyer for
the FBI. She has climbed the ranks and
is now a Senior Executive Service Member which is towards the top of the
echelon of the FBI. While she has many
responsibilities, her primary job is to review FISA applications or Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Acts. Usually,
the rank and file people below her show their evidence for it and report to
her. She does a cursory analysis before
signing it and passing it up to those even higher than her. Due to her position, she was not initially
surprised when a FISA request came across her desk in October 2016. She looked at it and something caught her
eye. The Attorney General Sally Yates
and her boss Andy MeCabe had already signed it.
She gave the FISA a puzzled expression and stopped reading it for
content but wanted to see who else signed it.
That’s when she noticed FBI director Jim Comey as a signatory. Comey was MeCabe’s boss. She asked herself that if the top members of
the FBI and DOJ had already signed off on it then why was it on her desk. Her signature doesn’t matter if it’s already
been approved by these people. She
signed the FISA warrant allowing surveillance on Trump campaign member Carter
Page without a second hesitation since the powers that be that outrank her already
gave their approval.
Years before Trish Anderson
would be puzzled by the Carter Page FISA, in 2012, Hillary Clinton is Secretary
of State. Bill Clinton had already had
his time in the limelight being president for eight years and he took a back
seat to Hillary’s political power. He
receives a phone call from a member of Renaissance Capital, one of the largest
banks in Russia. The member says, “Mr.
Clinton, we would like for you to come to Russia to give a speech.”
Even Bill Clinton haters had to
admit that the man was a great public speaker. Having been President, these
types of phone calls happened often. He
says, “Well sir, I must tell you, I get these invitations a lot. Whom will I be speaking to and do you have a
general topic?”
“Do people normally offer you $
500,000 to speak?”
“No, I can’t say that they
do. I need to get permission from the
state department but I’d love to speak in Russia.”
“I imagine you won’t have a
problem with the state department.”
“Not that I can foresee but I
still got to do it.”
“I understand there’s procedure
involved. I look forward to greeting you
in Russia.”
“Me too, thank you for the
invitation.”
Bill Clinton sent the request to
the state department and it was quickly granted. Bill Clinton flew to Russia and became a half
million dollars richer for giving one speech.
Shortly after the money changed hands. A Russian billionaire named
Viktor Vekselberg called the Clinton Foundation. He said, “I would like to make a
donation.
The foundation secretary said,
“Okay, how much would you like to make it for?”
“$100,000 for myself and another
$ 25,000 under my company’s name OC Oerlikon”
“That’s very generous of you Mr.
Vekselberg, thank you for your donation.”
“I would like to speak with Mrs.
Clinton.”
“I will pass along the
message. As you can imagine, she is very
busy as Secretary of State but for large donors such as yourself, she normally
makes exceptions.”
The information is passed along
and Clinton recognized Vekselberg’s name from when Bill went to Russia and
calls him. “Mr. Vekselberg, I would like
to personally thank you for your donation.
Is there anything I can do for you sir?”
“Yes Ma’ame, I believe you
can. I’m putting together a program that
I call ‘Skolkovo.’ I would like very much
for you to assist me in getting American technology companies to come be a part
of it.”
“What would it entail?”
“It would be very similar to
your Silicon Valley. Top technology
firms all working in close proximity so they can share their information to
create great projects.”
“Well that has done wonders for
the US economy so I can see why Russia would like to copy the model.”
Vekselberg laughs, “Yes, and
perhaps we can perfect the model.”
Now it was Hillary’s turn to
laugh, “Ah competition. What makes
capitalism go round.”
“Will you help us?”
“Yes I will see what I can
do. I’ll use my influence to try to get
some American companies there. I don’t
see a problem with that.”
“Excellent, I will get you in
contact with our curator. His name is
Vladislav Surkov, very smart man, you’ll like him.”
“Alright, I look forward to our
working relationship. There is one other
thing I’d like to speak you about.”
“What is that?”
“The President and I are in
discussions with Iran regarding a company called “Uranium One”. I know Russia deals a lot with Iran, do you
have any tips for me?”
“Yes, I do in fact.”
Hillary Clinton and Vekselberg
speak at length about the Skolkovo and Uranium One project. Both would be highly contentious later on as
the United States Army figured out that Skolkovo was a cover to steal military
technology from the Americans to develop a hypersonic missile. Once the American military figured out Skolkovo’s
true purpose it was closed down. Surkov
also became outspoken on his ability to infiltrate the media in America and
said that America is defenseless against his tactics to manipulate the mob
through the media. This was part of the
reason that the United States issued sanctions against Surkov and he was not
welcome in America.
It’s been four years since
Vekselberg called Hillary Clinton and established a close working relationship
that led to millions of dollars in Russian money to be donated to Hillary
Clinton for her campaign and through her foundation. Right now, it’s approximately two weeks
before Trish Anderson will find the Carter Page FISA unusual. A state department member Kathleen Kavalec is
speaking with Christopher Steele who is claiming to be the author of a dossier
describing Presidential candidate Donald Trump collusion with Russia. Kathleen Kavalec asks him, “Who are your
Russian sources?”
“Trubnikov and Vladislov Surkov”
She only writes down their last
names but by the end of the phone call she finds many inconsistencies and lies
with what he told her. She passes the
information to the FBI clearly laying out his lies and that she believes his
motives are politically motivated rather than intelligence sharing. Another interesting point in the conversation
is when Steele is telling Kavalec about people who travelled to and from the
United States from Russia. While he’s
talking, Kavalec is searching travel logs and finds the Russians mentioned and
jots down the exact dates they came to America and left. In between the two Russians is a redacted
sentence that Director Christopher Wray of the FBI three years later in late
April 2019, will adamantly insist to classify and keep it classified for the
next 25 years.
A month later, Presidential
Candidate Donald Trump is now President Donald Trump. His personal lawyer, Michael Cohen is
ecstatic. Although there have been
several e-mails from lesser staff members like George Papadopoulos about how
all these Russians have been inviting them for meetings, Donald Trump sent a
memo through his closest campaign personnel to tell everyone on his campaign
that nobody is to take these meetings.
Everyone in the lower members of the campaign listen to this memo. There is a meeting and Donald Trump says, “It
is my policy that anyone who sells access to me will be quickly
terminated. It will not be tolerated to
make your access to me an entrepreneurial endeavor. Is that understood?””
Everyone agrees and President Trump moves on to other
things. Most of the campaign would
listen to both of these memos and policy.
President Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, however scoffs at
it. He says, “This is my chance to make
some money on the side. I have a client
who’s the most powerful man in the world.”
That is why when Viktor
Vekselberg calls Michael Cohen he eagerly takes the call. As the Trump campaign has made their position
on such phone calls very clear, Cohen doesn’t even bother to ask the Trump
campaign for permission to speak with Vekselberg. Instead, he wants money and he immediately
starts negotiating a price for access with the President. A commodity he doesn’t actually have because
if the president finds out what he’s doing, he will most likely be fired. Vekselberg puts Cohen in contact with his
firm Renova Group and again Cohen does it behind the President’s back. Cohen’s backdoor deals will lead him to turn
his back on President Trump and help Bob Mueller. Cohen is charged with many things but none of
them have to do with colluding with the Russians as he failed to make a
connection between Trump and Russia. He
also changed his story under oath several times, which made him not a credible
witness. Looks like Vekselberg wasted
his time with Cohen. Surkov disagrees
because in 2019 when it comes out that Cohen spoke to Vekselberg, the media and
Democrats run with this to continue with the chaos that Surkov and Trebnikov
had planned three years earlier.
President Trump is in the Oval
Office. He has just castigated Nancy Pelosi
for accusing him of a cover up even though he’s the most transparent president
in history. He has almost never used
executive privilege despite the over 600 day witch hunt by Bob Mueller and 17
angry Democrats. He thought it was over
when they concluded no collusion and referred the obstruction charge to the
Attorney General Bill Barr who quickly declared no obstruction. Sadly, the Democrats weren’t lying when they
said last year that if they win back the house, they will do everything they
can to handcuff the President by issuing investigation after investigation and
subpoena after subpoena regardless of the merits. Now Congressmen such as Jerry Nadler, Adam
Schiff and Diane Feinstein want to interview the same people Mueller did for
countless hours. They want to relitigate
the Mueller probe. The President speaks
to one of his advisers and says, “This is really getting ridiculous.”
“Well, you made that comment
publicly that no other president had ever had to deal with anything so awful.”
“Yes, I’m ready for the fight
but I feel like I need to reward the people who have been sticking their necks
out for me.”
“Well you can’t do it explicitly
because that wouldn’t be ethical”
“No, I know. I mean I have the Inspector General Harrowitz
and Attorney General Bill Barr investigating the origins of the FISA warrant so
finally the Democrats who actually colluded and actually engaged in illegal
activity can be punished.”
“Yes, your supporters are fed up
because only our side has done prison time even though we did nothing
wrong. These investigations, however, do
take a lot of time especially since you have the media gaslighting and
manipulating the public to be against these investigations and you.”
“Good people have stuck their
necks, reputations and credibility on the line for me. I feel like I need to give them a little win;
something more than just praising them on twitter.”
“Well, you were going to
declassify all the relevant documents last year. They seemed pretty excited about that.”
“Yea, but then the Democrats
would have called it obstruction.”
“Respectfully Mr. President,
they accused you of obstruction anyway.
Even though you never stopped anyone from testifying and told your
people to cooperate fully with them. You
didn’t even know there was an investigation when you fired Comey at
Rosenstein’s request and they still accused you of obstruction. What would have been one more thing that they
just pretend is obstruction?”
“I don’t regret the decision”
“I know sir. As you have said you don’t want me to be a
yes man, I will say that I respectfully disagree. The Democrats won back the house anyway. Perhaps if there was no benefit of the doubt
the American people could give to the Democrats for calling collusion real and
spying a hoax, then the elections may have gone differently.”
“I don’t deal with
hypotheticals”
“I know Mr. President but I’m
more talking about something you can give them to appease them now.”
“You mean declassify now?”
“Yes”
“Didn’t you just say it’s useful
for an election? I’m up for re-election
in 2020. We get another chance to take
back the house. I mean, that means
nothing if I don’t win but now that people have experienced higher wages and
employment they didn’t have before with a booming economy, they know I have
some idea what I’m doing so it should be easier since it’s not all talk but I
can run on my record.”
“You were very popular with
unlikely voters in 2016. Those unlikely
voters came out for one issue and that’s the wall. They are not happy that there’s less than two
miles of new wall.”
“I renovated about 48 miles of
old wall.”
“That wasn’t good enough for
them. The border crisis is worse than
it’s ever been. They feel betrayed. I don’t know if we can count on them in
2020. You need to think about attracting
other voters. That means giving your
supporters all the ammunition they need to prove that you were unfairly spied
on. It means declassifying
everything. 40% of Americans think
socialism is a good idea. You trolling
the Democrats and far left isn’t working to win hearts and minds. You need help. People on both sides don’t like being lied
to. When the Democrats can no longer
say, ‘the real bad stuff is in the redactions’ then there is no giving them the
benefit of the doubt. They’re not liars
because you or Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, and Devin Nunes says they are, they’re
liars because now they’ve seen the redactions so nobody can tell them what’s
really in there.”
“They saw the Mueller report and
that didn’t convince them.”
“The Mueller report was written
in a way to harm you without lying about your guilt. It removes all exculpatory information. It never mentions why they know that
everything that is in there is false. A
normal person reading it doesn’t know about what’s omitted. With the documents to be declassified, they
are not written purposely to mislead. It
will be easier to understand Mr. President.”
“What if they accuse me of
obstruction?”
“You were fully transparent with
Mueller. Why not be fully transparent
with Barr? You say you’re the most
transparent president of all time. Why
not be fully transparent with your allies as well as your enemies?”
“I think you have convinced
me. I shouldn’t wait till next
year. I should do it now.”
“Your supporters have already
been waiting a year. Don’t make them
wait another one sir.”
Shortly after this conversation,
President Trump orders various cabinet members to declassify all documents. In
order to clarify which documents to declassify and to distance himself from it
in case someone accuses him of obstruction. He decrees that the Attorney
General Bill Barr will decide which documents should be declassified. He has full authority to declassify anything
he wants. After all, he’s the one that
Congress wants to arrest and imprison using the jails in the Capitol Building
that haven’t been used in over a hundred years.
A staffer for Bill Barr is
looking at the order to the President’s Cabinet. The entire cabinet isn’t on there but as
she’s reviewing it, she asks Bill Barr, “Why is the Secretary of Treasury and
the Secretary of Energy on here? What
did they have to do with Spygate?”
Barr says, “The President may be
trying to fulfill another campaign promise.”
“What would that be?”
“Lock her up”
“Hillary? How does that have to do with the Secretary
of Treasury & Energy?”
“They have classified documents
relating to Uranium One and how they sold American Uranium to the Russians
through Iran. At least, that’s the
allegation.”
“Oh wow, alright. How exactly does this work? Do we just post everything on the internet?”
Barr responds, “No, there’s
still approval processes that need to be gone through. It’s not going to be a floodgate that happens
in the amount of time it takes to scan them in and upload them to the
internet.”
“I guess that makes sense. Stupid question, I’m sorry.”
“There are no stupid questions. Never be afraid to ask. Call a meeting with the whole staff.”
The staffer does so and Bill
Barr walks in and says, “I’m going get to the point. Obviously my focus is going to be on the
origins of the FISA and how the intelligence was vetted before presenting it to
the court. Is there anything you would
like to know? I’m taking suggestions as
I have sole authority to declassify and unlike the President, I’m not going to
hesitate or use political maneuvering.
I’m not going to promise I’ll grant all your requests, but I don’t want
you to be afraid to make a request of me.”
There was a brief pause as
nobody wanted to be first. Finally, one
man said, “I want to know who the contractors that were given access to the NSA
database before Mike Rodgers shut it down.”
Barr said, “Are you asking in
general or do you have a specific contractor in mind?”
The man was a little hesitant
once he got a follow up question. He
recovered quickly and said, “Well specifically Crowdstrike. I mean, why did they get to inspect the DNC
servers when it was allegedly hacked and not the FBI? They seem a little too buddy buddy with the
Democrats so maybe they had special favors.
Then the obvious one, Fusion GPS.
Hillary Clinton paid them to dig up dirt on President Trump. Did they use the NSA database to do
that? That would be pretty damning if
they did.”
Barr said, “Good, that’s an
excellent point. I’m not making any
decisions right now but all will be taken under advisement but I will tell you
that you presented that well and made a great argument. Anyone else?”
The same woman who was in his
office said, “Well, I want to see the Bruce Ohr 302’s”
“Reason?”
“Bruce Ohr testified that he
told the FBI that Steele hated Trump and was biased. What did Ohr’s handler Pientka know? Did he write in his 302’s that Ohr was
concerned? Then way before the FISA and
KAvalec, the FBI knew Steele wasn’t a reliable source. Also, it proves that they knew Steele was
lying when he said he only talked to the FBI and his client. Bruce Ohr works for the State department so
yea more fuel on that fire.”
“Excellent. Keep going just
shout them out.”
Another guy said, “Well, if
we’re on the subject of FBI notes and 302’s, we can see if there are any in
January 2017 when the FBI interviewed Steele’s Russian sources?”
“Reason?”
“Did they conclude they weren’t
credible? I mean if they knew it was
Surkov and Trubnikov and we already had sanctions on one, did they know that
they were Russian disinformation artists?
That would mean they would know they weren’t credible.”
“And why would that be
interesting when the origins of the FISA was October 2016 and those 302’s are
in January 2017?”
“If they knew that the sources
were bogus, then why did they renew the FISA two more times after January
2017?”
“Fantastic, this is good. These are good questions. Let them fly”
The tension in the room had
completely eased and people were smiling.
They were eager to get to work. A
girl says, “I want to know if there’s transcripts when Brennan briefed the gang
of eight and Harry Reid on Capitiol Hill in August 2017.”
“And why would that be?”
“Brennan said he didn’t know
about the dossier until December 2017.
If there’s information in those transcripts that only appear in the
Dossier, then he knew the Steele information before December 2017 and misled
the American public.”
“Sensational, I’m very proud of
my team. Don’t be shy, spit them out.”
A boy said, “Well, on the topic
of Brennan, is there Electronic communication from Brennan to the FBI? “
“And your motive for looking at
it?”
“Well, we’re talking about
origins right? In every investigation
there’s a paragraph one on why you’re opening the investigation. We’ve heard that paragraph one is
Papadopoulos meeting with Mifsud but there’s holes in that. Some say it was Alpha Bank and the pings in
Trump Tower to Russia that may or may not have been spam. I’d like a definitive answer on what was
paragraph one. If we find Steele
information in there, it begs the questions how did they get that if there was
no investigation? Then they were not
only spying when it was legal but also illegally spying and makes Comey a
liar.”
“Superb, we’re really peeling
away the onion now. Anyone else?”
A male staffer chimed in, “What
was that redacted sentence in Kavalec’s memo when she was checking the travel
logs of people that were flying to and from the United States.”
“Cause for search?”
“A little suspicious that Wray
wanted it redacted for 25 years. Aside
from that, what if it says that Cohen had never been to Prague? Then a major dossier claim was demonstrably
false before the FISA and the FBI knew.”
“Tubular, Don’t stop now.”
The staffers laughed because
none of them really believed people used ‘tubular’ anymore. A female staffer said, “What was Bill
Priestap doing in London before the investigation was open?”
“Significance?”
“Was he coordinating a joint
task force to spy on the Trump campaign?
Was he arranging to set up Papadopoulos?
Was he speaking to Halper about helping the British? There’s a lot of reasons he could be
there. I would like to no longer be
speculating but know for sure.”
“Spectacular”
This went on for a while and
Barr took down notes of all of them.
Nothing was concrete yet, but this seemed to be a good start in what
could be a very intriguing investigation.
Meanwhile a conservative watch
group known as judicial watch had just successfully gotten a Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request to unseal the search warrant on Michael Cohen by
Robert Mueller. As they were looking at
it, they looked at the sources and saw various media outlets. They shook their heads. One asked, “Media outlets are not
investigators. The intelligence agencies
are supposed to have their informants and sources and find out the
information. After they submit it
through proper channels, then the media reports on it.”
A Judicial Watch member said,
“That’s just what normally happens. Now,
the intelligence agencies leak information to the media. The media reports on it, then the
intelligence agency uses it a probable cause to start an investigation.”
“No wonder 40% of Americans like
socialism. They find nothing wrong with
Stalinist and communist tactics”
“They also think that
Scandinavia is socialist”
“No, that’s just high tax, big
government capitalism. Socialism is when
the government controls the means of production.”
“Most people don’t know that.”
“It seems at least 40% of people
don’t know that. That’s why no big
invention ever came from a socialist government because the government has no
incentive to produce a good product.”
“That, and the people working
for them are doing it at the point of a gun so they take no pride in their
work.”
“Yea, well at least these
retards are just concentrated in New York and California. Let them give their electoral votes to the
Democrats and maybe the Republicans have a shot with the rest of the country.”
“Nevada just abolished the
electoral college. Almost 20 states now
have overreacted to the Trump election by denying the Electoral College.”
“Wow, people really are
stupid? Why would anyone campaign in
Nevada now?”
“If they get 75 more electoral
votes then candidates will only got to Chicago, New York, LA and maybe
Houston.”
“’Fly over states will really be
fly over states.”
“Well what if a Republican wins
the popular vote then New York and California would have to go to red.”
“Since 1988, a Republican only
won the popular vote once. It was during
Bush’s second term. With the massive
influx of illegal immigrants in this country and voter fraud in various
Democratic counties and the push to let convicted felons vote, there’s no way a
Republican will ever win the popular vote again.”
“So it’s going to be the United
States of California and New York.”
“Yup, nobody told these
imbeciles we’re the United States of America not the Uniform States of
America. New York interests are not
Wisconsin’s interest, which are not Alabama’s interest.”
“Yea, it looks like the Republic
is doomed. Even with 195 electoral votes
no longer going to the state winner, it gives the Democrats an unfair
advantage.”
“It was a great idea, but it
collapsed in 244 years. That’s not very
long by historical standards. Hopefully
one day another nation will dust off the greatest governing document ever
written, the constitution and implement elsewhere. If socialism can be rebranded and gain
interest after the death and destruction it caused, then maybe America will be
able to too.”
“We can only hope. Unfortunately, we won’t live to see it. The person is smart, the people are
dumb. We let the whole world come to our
country and refuse to assimilate. This
led to them turning it into precisely what they fled. It really is a tragedy.”
