Nouno the Vigilante Episode 30 All smoke No Fire

In an area of Queens known as Howard Beach, a woman and her adult son are in their home.  Howard Beach is close in proximity to JFK airport and based on the residential areas, you may not realize you’re in New York City.  A black man named Joshua Henders is walking around the neighborhood.  At first glance, this isn’t too surprising as most neighborhoods in New York are interracial and Howard Beach is no exception.  He is dressed as a construction worker and approaches the houses and knocks on the door.  As burglars rarely knock, the woman opens the door thinking as she is not alone in the house, she’s safer.  Joshua explains to her that he has to do some work on the roof and advises her to close her blinds as debris and other stuff may be falling.  Thinking this to be a mild request, the woman closes the blinds and forgets about the whole encounter.  Unfortunately, Joshua lied about not wanting the people inside to see what was going on outside.

Shortly after this conversation, Joshua enters the house.  The male immediately comes at him but when Joshua pulls out a gun, the son halts in his tracks and puts out his arms and tries to reason with him.  Joshua forces him into a chair and ties him up as the woman stares on in horror.  She has already been ordered to stay in the room so she is unable to call the police.  As she sizes him up, he doesn’t seem much older than her son.  She puts on a motherly voice and says, “This isn’t necessary.  You can take whatever you want just don’t hurt us.”

The woman’s instincts were right as Joshua is only 33.  His response is merely to smile.  He turns to her and reminds her that he’s in charge.  His reply is, “You have three options: I can choke you and kill you with this pillow, you can have sex with me or I will force you to have sex with your son.”

The woman is horrified and scoffs.  She is so shocked by the options, that she is unable to say anything.  Given these impossible options, Joshua rapes her and then proceeds to take her up on her offer and walks around the house stealing cash and jewelry.

In a diagonal line across the country in Arizona, Abby and her husband Nouno are sitting in their living room.  Abby throws up her hands in exasperation, “I’m really getting sick of all this impeachment shit.  Either impeach him or don’t.  God, this is annoying.”

Nouno smiles, “Eerily similar to Kavanaugh right?  You get one witness after the other and each as un-credible as the next.  I’m getting Déjà vu.”

“At least there was a doubt with Kavanaugh.  The transcript has been released.  This would be like if we had a video recording of the entire party that Kavanaugh and Blasey-Ford were at.  The video was then released to the public and people kept trying to tell you what happened at the party.”

“So, you’re saying it’s worse than Kavanaugh?”

                “Yes!”

                “I agree.”

                “Anyway, we got a case”

                “Where are we going?”

                “Your original home.”

                “NYC!”

“Yup, but it’s Howard Beach, Queens.  Where is that?”

“It’s on the other side of Queens.”

                “By the beach”

“Yes, I’ve actually been to Howard Beach but it’s like a two hour subway ride on the A so it’s not too convenient.  That’s why I wouldn’t go very often.”

                “Yea, I hear ya.”

                “What did he do?”

“He raped a woman in front of her kid.”

“Ewww, oh I’m going to like killing this fucker.”

                “The kid is an adult”

“How does that make it any better?”

Abby and Nouno head to the airport to get on their flight to New York.  Nouno is smiling and Abby asks him why.  To which he responds, “I can’t wait to have some New York Pizza.  Tomorrow morning, I’m going to get a bagel.  Oh this is going to be great.”

Abby laughs, “You never eat bagels”

                “In Arizona”

“Oh, okay.  You really think the bagels are that much better in New York?”

                “Yes”

                “How?”

“No clue, it just is.  Watch when you try them.”

“Alright, I’ll give it a shot.”

“On the plane, Nouno overhears someone across the aisle from them remark, “Wow, they got another witness.  CNN says this Pentagon official might have evidence that he withheld 390 Million dollars in aid if they didn’t investigate Biden.  Absolutely disgraceful.”

Even though Nouno was sitting in the window seat, he called over Abby, “What’s disgraceful is that you still think CNN is a reliable news source.”

“When you come out that strong, you better have some hard facts to back it up.”

“Unlike those pushing this latest hoax, I do.  Her name is Laura Cooper.  Here is the actual transcript of her testimony as it’s public information.  I took the liberty of highlighting my points.”

Nouno reaches over Abby and hands his phone across the aisle as Abby puts her head in her hands embarrassed.  Nouno declares, ”As you can see she states, ‘I’ve never had any communication with the President, period’  When asked if she talked to acting chief of staff Mike Mulvaney, she again answered ‘no Sir’  She also admits she wasn’t on the call.  She heard if from Bill Taylor, who heard it fourth hand.  This isn’t even hearsay; this is hearsay to the 5th degree.”

Abby puts her hand on Nouno’s arm to signal him to back off.  He doesn’t take the message and continues to glare over.  To Abby’s surprise, the woman articulates as she scrolls down on Nouno’s phone, “She says she didn’t even get a read out of the transcript until it was released publicly.  She doesn’t even know anyone at the DOD that saw it.  I mean, what’s the point of touting you’re from the Pentagon when you don’t have any information that I don’t?”

“Yes, you’re not even speculating as she claims, ‘I have nothing further than what is publicly available in the transcript and what President Trump actually states’  Also, if you remember the claim was always withholding military aid not the 300 Million.  Funny how their story changes as their first narrative falls apart.”

“Did she talk about the aid?”

“Well, we just established it doesn’t matter since she has no inside information.  Remember, this is the best the Democrats got.  They thought she was a good witness.  It shows how bad all the other ones are.  If you scroll down to the Ambassador Volker comments, she talks about that too.”

The woman does so and utters, “Yea, again, she only based that on what Ambassador Volker and Ambassador Taylor told her but then says they aren’t the sources.  What does that even mean?”

“Remember that the phone call was on July 25; now look at the date she says she talked to Volker.”

“On or about August 20.  That’s a month later.  She also doesn’t remember if Volker told her they were withholding aid.  This bitch doesn’t know anything?  Why did they even call her?”

“Because they know the mainstream media will hype it up to be damning testimony against Trump.  Remember how this whole thing started; you let CNN trick you.  See, CNN didn’t think you’d ever read the transcript for yourself.  Who can blame you; you have more important things to do and you rely on them.  The problem is, they exploit it.”

“Well, I don’t want to go so far as to say they’re ‘fake news’ but on this one, they really did mislead me.”

“If you look into anything they say, you’ll see that they mislead you a lot.”

                “Maybe.”

Abby glares at Nouno and the woman hands his phone back.  Nouno smiles back innocently and Abby shakes her head.  She turns to the woman and expresses, “I’m sorry.  He never knows when to keep his mouth shut.”

“No, no, I’m glad he did.  I feel informed now.”

They land in JFK and Nouno gets a hotel near the airport.  Given how far it is from the city, the hotel was pretty cheap and not too populated as it is November so nobody cares about the proximity to the beach.  Nouno and Abby drop off their stuff and then immediately go out for pizza.  As Nouno savors it, he exclaims, “Best pizza in the world.”

Abby knows that it’s an attack on Chicago pizza since Abby spent an extended amount of time in Chicago.  She rolls her eyes, “Deep dish and this wide version that you have to fold in half are completely different.”

                “You can compare unlike things.”

“No, you can’t.  That’s the point of it being unlike.”

“I like deep dish but I like New York pizza better.  There you go.”

                “You’re just being a punk”

“Maybe” he answers with a grin.

“You know, you said on the plane that all of their witnesses are hearsay.  That’s not true.  Colonol Vindman was on the phone call so his testimony is valid.”

                “Alright, let’s talk about that.”

“Oh God, why do I get you started?”

“Because deep down, you’re interested in the truth.”

                “Is his testimony public?”

                “Yup”

“Okay, hold on; let me find it to make sure you didn’t edit yours.”

Nouno gives her a dirty look, “How would I do that on a cell phone?”

                “There’s an app for that.”

                “What is it?”

‘I don’t know but I’m sure there is one.”

“Oh okay.  Good evidence” he fires back sarcastically

                “Alright I got it.”

“First off, he came in in full military uniform even though NSC members rarely do that.”

“Well yea, you have to give the appearance of authority.  It helps your credibility.  Besides, Schiff and them have been telling everyone that you can’t question military veterans.  So, given that we just had Veterans Day, work on people’s emotions that way.”

“Read through the transcript.  Whenever they ask him to show them where President Trump said the quid pro quo or the deals, he admits they can’t find it.  He just offers opinions and how he interpreted the comments.”

“90% of communication is non-verbal so it may be valid.”

“No, threats and extortion needs to be explicitly stated; especially when there’s no evidence that the Ukrainians even knew about the military aid being withheld till much later.  Every Ukrainian they asked confirmed this.”

“Who are you going to believe: A decorated military veteran or Ukrainians?”

                “In this case, the Ukrainians.”

                Well, I trust our military”

“Do you now?  Well look when Vindman admits that he found no illegality and his problems with Trump are policy differences not legal issues.”

“He says he doesn’t know about the legality.”

“Yet he’s the main witness on whether President Trump committed a high crime or misdemeanor, bribery or treason.”

                “Nobody accused him of bribery.”

“That’s the qualifications for impeachment; which one is Trump if it’s policy differences and not a legal issue?”

“He just said he doesn’t know.  The illegality is up to the committee.”

“No, it’s not.  Anyway, read his questioning from Zeldin.  He refused to answer any question by a Republican and answered all the Democrats questions.”

                “That is his right.”

                “Doesn’t make him look good.”

“He just thought that the Republicans were trying to get him to reveal the whistleblower’s name.”

“They didn’t ask him his name.  They just asked who he told the information to.  He could say ‘whistleblower’ if that was the case.  They even say aside from him, anyone that couldn’t be a whistleblower and he still got very confrontational.”

“He didn’t; his lawyer Volker did.”

“I’ll give you that.  The Republicans even reminded him that it was going to be public so his insolence would be revealed.”
                “If people read it”

                “Good point.”

Abby continues to read, “Wow, this dude is full of himself.  How many different ways can he say that he’s the man in Ukraine?  He sounds like Trump ‘nobody knows more about Ukraine than me.  I’m the Ukraine guy.  If it’s Ukraine, I’m your man.”

“Yea keep reading and see if he backs up that comment”

“Oh, I see what you mean.  He denies knowing anything about Burisma or that Hunter Biden was on the board.  Says he didn’t know that until it was public information.”

“Yea, had no idea Burisma was being investigated for corruption or who the CEO was.”

“Well, he knew who the CEO was; he just didn’t know what he was doing or how he was being accused of corruption.”

“You’d think if he knew so much about Ukraine, he would know about the largest energy company.  It’s probably one of the biggest companies in Ukraine.”

“Yea, you’d think.  As for Hunter, he just repeats he’s a US citizen but how is that relevant?”

“It’s just as relevant as his little diatribe with alphabet soup.”

Abby scrolls down and sees a part where Vindman talks about interagencies and who he reports to and who reports to him and who he supervises.  Abby gives it a strange look, “Yea, this verbal diarrhea exhausts me.  Why not just say that his committees have their ideas on Ukraine and what policy needs to be put forth?”

“Who gives a shit?! The constitution says that the president dictates foreign policy not the alphabet soup of the NSC.  If they don’t’ like it, they can resign and run for president themselves!”

                Abby laughs. “Calm down there.”

They go back to the hotel and Abby hacks into Joshua Hender’s social media.  As she finds out his routine, they devise a strategy to nab him.  Rapists are always conflicting to Nouno.  On one hand, he thinks they’re the worst of the worst so enjoys removing them from the realm of the living but they’re also the most risky because Abby was used as bait.  If anything ever happened to her, he would never forgive himself.  Still, Abby wouldn’t have it any other way.  She knew it was the most efficient way to lure a rapist.  She was an extremely attractive 26-year-old woman so 33 was prime target to have their head turned.  They devise a strategy and the next morning, they get bagels.  Nouno asked, “What do you think?”

                “This is a good bagel.”

“And we’re in Queens, you should see Brooklyn bagels.”

“Isn’t Brooklyn close to here?  Aren’t we right by the border?”

                “Yes, but it’s still Queens”

“Well we’re going to have to go to Brooklyn before we leave then.”

“Definitely; by the way, is this dude Japanese?”

Abby gives him a quizzical look, “No, black why?”

“Well, you said he threatened to make her have sex with her son.  I’ve only heard of something that sick in the rape of Nanking when the Japanese invaded Manchuria.  They forced fathers to rape daughters, brothers to rape sisters and sons to rape mothers.”

“I don’t think he was serious about that.  He just wanted to give her choices worse than fucking him.”

“Yea, but he came up with it!  I didn’t even think about the stuff that the Japanese did.  You don’t even see it in fucked up movies.”

“Well, you’re not a sick twisted rapist like the people we kill”

                “I guess”

                “That’s a compliment.”

“Not really.  Not being a piece of shit isn’t a compliment; it’s just a statement of something I’m supposed to be, or not to be.”

That night, Abby put on makeup and a revealing outfit that hugged her curves and enhanced her derriere.  Her halter top revealed cleavage of her amble breasts and she took her short blond hair over her shoulders.  She put on a silver pendant necklace to draw attention to her breasts and then they go to a bar that Joshua frequents.  Abby gets a drink making sure to be next to Joshua.  She bumps into him and puts on a charming wide smile full of teeth and exclaims, “Oh my God, I’m so sorry” as she puts her hands on his back and biceps, “Wow you’re really strong” she acknowledges.

As Abby walks away, she makes sure to exaggerate her walk to shake her butt.  She finishes her drink and walks outside and Nouno stands out there with a knife already in one hand as well as a syringe in his other.  Both are hidden along his forearm.  He has a feeling he knows what’s going to happen.  Abby was surprised that Joshua didn’t approach her at the bar but Nouno knew that he wanted her to be alone.  He’s not looking to hit on her; he’s only interested in threatening her.  As Abby walks out into the street, Joshua follows close behind.  He takes out his gun and catches up to Abby not realizing that Nouno is close on his heels.  He jams the gun in Abby’s back and commands, “Don’t scream.  You scream, you die.  You’re going to come home with me and act like we’re good friends.  Now smile.”

Nouno jams his knife into his right shoulder in the nerve that forces you to open your hand.  The gun drops and Nouno puts the syringe in between his knuckles and punches him in the back of neck.  He moves his finger to depress the plunger and Joshua collapses.  They drag him into their car and drive off.  Abby calmly asks, “Are you okay?”

“Me?  You’re the one that had a gun to her back.”

“Yes, but I knew you were going to stop him.  That was a little angry.  Especially when you knew that him following me and threatening me was all part of the plan.”

“Yes, but all I could see was this fucker rapes women in front of men that care about them.  I told you, that’s shit that Asians do.”

“Well, it’s not going to happen to me and he’ll never do it again.”

                “Damn straight”

“That’s why we’re here.” Abby reassured him as she reached over and gripped his shoulder squeezing as she drove her palm along his deltoid.

She felt the tension in his shoulders ease as only a woman’s touch could do to a man.  They arrived at the hotel and helped Joshua into their room that they had already wrapped in plastic and sound proofed.  Eventually, Joshua woke up and Nouno stared down at him.  Abby shot him a look to remind him to stay calm.  Joshua struggled with his constraints and cried out.  Nouno uttered, “Not so fun being restrained is it?”

“Who are you?”

“Your judge jury and executioner.”

“Why? What did I do to you?”

“You pulled a gun on my wife you piece of shit!”

“Yo, I’m sorry man but she’s a good looking woman.  That’s a complement to you man.  You got her to say yes to you, mad props yo.  I didn’t know she was married.”

Abby called out, “You’re here because of the woman you raped in front of her son.”

Joshua looked confused, “Did you know them?”

“No, but we need to make sure that you never do that to anyone again” Nouno responded.

“I’m not going to.  That was fucked up.  You scared me straight man.  If I do it again, you can just grab me again.  It wasn’t too hard for you.”

“Maybe we should give you the same choices you gave the woman you raped.  Let’s see, I can either kill you with a knife, sodomize you or cut your balls off and shove them down your fucking throat.”

“You’re better than me.  You don’t want to stoop to my level.”

“Actually I kind of do.”

“Look, I’m not some ignorant ass black dude man.  I’m informed.  Like the extortion scheme for Trump.”

“I’m a Trump supporter.”

“Alright, well, that’s cool.  Eric Swalwell says he has evidence of an extortion scheme.”

“Just like he had evidence of Russian collusion that he never produced?  If he had evidence, he would have revealed it instead of just pretending he had it.”

“He could be bluffing, I agree but at least he isn’t like Schiff where he doesn’t want to deny the president due process.”

“Again, lying because he could allow the GOP to call witnesses just like every other criminal defense can.”

“That’s Schiff’s fault”

“He can condemn Schiff for it can’t he?”

                “True, True”

“Swalwell lied about having evidence of collusion before so why would you believe him now?”

“I admitted that you made a good point with that.”

“Furthermore, we have actual evidence that Ukraine colluded with Hillary to help Trump.  Even Politico admitted it in January 2017.”

“I missed that”  Nouno shows him an article by Politico with a headline that reads how Ukraine scrambles to make amends after colluding with Ukraine to help Hillary win.  Joshua looks at it, “That’s a little ironic”

“I also got one from the Washington Post” showing his phone claiming that British intelligence passed information on to US counterparts.   Nouno pronounced, “See, everything Democrats accuse Trump of, they are guilty of themselves.”

“Now, I’m doubting the whistleblower impeachment case.”

“As you should because every witness is just hearsay.  If any prosecutor brought this to a judge, they would be thrown out of court and possibly disbarred but since it’s Trump, we throw away the constitution.”

-              “Well, I learned a lot today.  You’ve really opened my eyes.  I truly feel woke now.”

Nouno lunged his knife into Joshua’s right hand, “Don’t you know ‘woke’ is a liberal term?”

Joshua screamed out.  Nouno yells back, “Even the Democrats own witness, Fiona Hill, undercut the Steel dossier in her testimony” as he drove the knife into his left hand to more screams.

                “What?”

Abby walked over and jammed a sock into Joshua’s mouth and taped it shut.  She shook her head at Nouno but wasn’t going to stop him even though Joshua gave her a pleading look to do just that.  Abby knew what the look meant but ignored it.  Nouno penetrated the top of Joshua’s foot with the knife and lowered his tone as he no longer had to yell over him, “While trying to talk about Ukraine, she veered off into collusion.”

Despite the gag, the suppressed screams could be discerned.  Nouno knew all the high nerve areas of the human body, thus making them very painful to be stabbed.  He regretted that the two most painful stops were the hamstring and the Achilles Heel but they lied him on his back making his hamstrings unreachable.  Nouno went on, “Fiona mentioned she was shocked that Steele was the author of the dossier because when she met him, he was constantly trying to drum up business.

Abby inquired, “So, she’s saying that he wasn’t to be believed”

                “Right”

                “Alright”

Nouno declared, “There are only three possibilities about Steele, either he’s….” Nouno darted his knife below Joshua’s bottom lip and through the top lip as he articulated, “telling the truth…” Nouno then pulled the knife out and sent it into his right Achiiles announcing, “or he lied and didn’t write the dossier but Simpson, Ohr and maybe someone else did.  If it’s the first one, then we know he colluded with Russians because he admits that his sources were two Russian disinformation specialists close to Putin named Trubnikov and Surkov.”

Nouno pierced the skin and severed his other Achilles tendon but said nothing.    As he stared at the hurt expression on Joshua’s face, he knew Joshua was suffering.  Nouno climbed onto the opposite bed and hopped off landing his 215 pounds knees first on Joshua’s chest.  He watched nonchalantly as Joshua squirmed.  Nouno knew that he had hit hard enough to cause internal bleeding but with the gag in, he couldn’t spit up the blood.  Joshua was choking on his own blood and it didn’t take long for him to stop struggling as his eyes went blank and his body still.

Abby and Nouno clean up the plastic and wrap Joshua’s body.  They bring him to a local crematorium and activate the machine to burn the evidence.  As they leave the crematorium, they go to  Ray’s pizza on 80th Street and 4th in Bay Ridge.  As they eat, Abby nods her head and admits, “This is better than the one we had earlier.”

                “I told you”

“How do you feel about Bevin in Kentucky not conceding?”

“I don’t know why people do this.  They never win with these recounts.”

                “Well, he’s claiming voter fraud.”

“They all do but apparently he actually has evidence.  He went after teachers though so he wasn’t too popular.  I think he might have legitimately lost.  I’ll say it this way; he’s got more evidence than Stacey Abrams did.”

“Why do you always bring up Democrats?”

“To expose the hypocrisy of liberals and fake news.  They thought Abrams was a hero and they criticize Bevin for doing the exact same thing.”

“I guess I can say you’re consistent. You’re against both of them.”

“Even NPR attacked Bevin for having unsubstantiated claims that are dangerous to our democracy.  When it was Abrams though, it was a ‘fiery speech’ and only mentioned Abrams said it wasn’t a normal concessions and decries voter fraud.  There was no filler words like ‘unsubstantiated’ or calling it dangerous.  Just reported what she believed without any implied or stated reaction.  That is what they should do but they don’t show Bevin the same courtesy.”

-              They talk for a while and then head back to the crematorium to clean up to ensure nobody knows they were there.  They then go back to hotel and rest.  The next morning, they go back to Brooklyn to get bagels.  Later, they head to JFK to fly home.  While on the plane, Abby poses, “What’s going on with this recent case in the Supreme Court?”

“They’re reviewing if President Trump can reverse the DACA edict.”

“Well, I mean those people are here through no fault of theirs.  I kind of think they should stay as they never lived anywhere but America.”

“If you’re on DACA, you are 12% more likely to be on WIC or government assistance than Non-DACA people.  It’s not fair that the tax payer has to fund people because their parents broke the law.”

                “Doesn’t congress make laws?”

“Yes, but this isn’t a law.  It was an edict by Barack Obama.  Obama wasn’t in Congress so like Trump; he did something that wasn’t a law.”

                “Fine”

“Interestingly, Mexico wrote a letter to the Supreme Court to vote to uphold DACA”

“Sounds like they don’t want them either.”

“Doesn’t matter.  Their parents are still citizens, they should go back.”

A man calls out to them, “Ummm, not all DACA people are Mexicans.  You shouldn’t stereotype.”

“80% of them are.  That’s why Mexico considers it a Mexican issue.”

“It is completely in Obama’s right to make that edict.”

“No, it wasn’t.  Obama can decide which cases should be prosecuted and which should not but he can’t deny the law as a whole.  Obama said there would be no prosecution at all; not a case by case basis.  Not only that, but he gave them special treatment and benefits as if rewarding them because their parents broke the law.”

“I guess we’ll just see what the Supreme Court says.”

“We won’t know until like June 2020 by the earliest”

                “So be it”

“Yea, plenty of time for the liberals to intimidate John Roberts.”

“What does that mean?” exclaimed the man

“During the citizenship question, John Roberts was the deciding vote against it.  Roberts admitted that President Trump could legally do it but he voted no because he thinks that the President’s reasons were impure.  It’s irrelevant why he’s doing what he’s doing.  First of all, he’s not in his head, he has no idea what Trump is thinking.”

“Intent is very important in a court of law.”

“Not important enough to make something legal into an illegal act.  Show me one example where something is legal unless your intentions are bad?”

                “I don’t know, I’m not a legal scholar.”

“You don’t have to be.  The left is going to use this as a precedent for DACA by bringing up ‘pretext’ and retarded euphemistic language like that.”

                “You’re just racist”

“That’s exactly what the leftists will harass John Roberts with.  The University of California brought the lawsuit.  Let me ask you this.  If they agree that Obama had the full discretion to do DACA, how can you say Trump, who is in the same position Obama was when he made the edict, can’t reverse it?  If the rule can be enacted unilaterally, the same position should be able to reverse it too.”

“It’s 2019; I can’t believe we still have racists.  I don’t want to talk to you anymore.”

“Typical liberal response” Nouno snapped back with a smile

                “There you go stereotyping again.”

“And you continue to confirm the stereotype.”

                “You’re a racist”

“Yea, you mentioned that.  That usually means you feel you lost the logical argument.”

                “Stop talking to me man!”

                “Alright”

They land in Arizona and go back to their house.  Abby announces, “I think this was a good mission.   I like the rapists and murderers ones better.  It really makes me thing we’re doing good.”

                “It definitely is.”

“It does bring out a darker side of us though.”

                “Is that a problem?”

“I actually don’t think so.  We need to let it out somehow”

Nouno takes Abby in his arms and kisses her.  She laughs flirtatiously and Nouno’s hands drop to her butt and squeezes.  Abby inquires, “I would like some strenuous activity to release my frustration.  Don’t worry though, I may use my ass to lure human stains but it’s all yours.  You protect my ass so you get unfettered access to it.”

Nouno lifts Abby and she wraps her legs around him.  He carries her to their bedroom as they release their tension caused by confronting pure evil.  Afterwards, they slept deeply and easily.
