18-year-old Diana Fox has a routine
check up with her pediatrician Dr. Ernesto Torres. Although she is technically an adult now, she
has been going to Dr. Torres since she was a baby and doesn’t want to stop just
because she turned 18. Although this is
obviously an arbitrary rule, on this particular occasion, it may have been a
good idea to heed the unwritten rule that if you’re 18 or over, you need to
find a different doctor than your pediatrician for your routine check-ups.
Diana takes a late appointment
and by the time Torres is able to see her, the staff has already gone
home. Dr. Torres administers the check
up and when he concludes, he removes the glove and inserts two of his fingers
into Diana’s genitals. At first, Diana
doesn’t know what to do as she is too shocked to react but as he continues to
fondle her, she finally snaps back to the moment and shoves him away. She exclaims, “Dr. Torres what are you
doing?!”
“You’re an adult now so it’s
okay.” He responds
“No, it is certainly not
okay. You’re my doctor.”
“And you chose to come to me
even though you know I’m a pediatrician.”
“Yea, because I have been for
over a decade; not to be molested.”
“I’ve examined you naked your
whole life. It’s not a big deal.”
Diana lifts her pants and shakes
her head appalled at how this routine check-up has turned. What happens next will haunt her as Dr.
Torres grabs her and throws her onto the examining table. Diana has never felt more overpowered in her
entire life as the man she has known her entire life has now lowered her pants
and is mounting her forcing himself inside of her. In what seemed like an eternity, Torres’ body
goes tense as he climaxes putting an end to their encounter. He rolls off Diana
and she quickly gets her clothes on and hurries out of the office crying. Her next stop is the police station where she
presses charges.
By the time Judge
William Nicklas Jr. presides over the case in Frederick, Maryland, 20 other
women had come forth with allegations of sexual assault by the doctor. In all, the 69 years old Torres will be
indicted for 98 sex crimes. He gets
convicted on lesser charges but the main ones of rape he is acquitted and is
quickly let free with no jail time
As the incident happened in the
northeastern part of the country, in the opposite southwestern part of the
country known as Arizona, Abby and Nouno are in their home. The married couple has made a habit of going
around the country as vigilantes for criminals the justice department doesn’t
prosecute. Their cases normally deal
with illegal immigrants who are protected in sanctuary cities so given a de
factor get out of jail free card for any crime regardless of seriousness. The Democrat primaries have now gone to New
Hampshire, which is where President Trump is giving a rally. As is normally the case when Donald Trump is
pitted against Democrats in a rally, a significantly higher group of people
come to the Trump rally than attend a Democrat speech, rally or
appearance. As Abby sees this, she
scoffs, “Can’t he ever just back off and let Democrats compete to oppose him?”
Nouno responds, “Nope”
“I just think there needs to be
some civility even with party politics.”
“Should and reality are two very
different things. When liberals and
Democrats start showing us civility and stop calling us racist, misogynistic,
and whatever word they can put in front of ‘phobe’ and stop colluding with
foreign countries to conjure up fake documents to take us down and then impeach
us for claiming we did exactly what they did, then we can get back to
civility. In the mean time, we will
continue to get down in the gutter with the libelous, scandalous, treacherous,
disgusting bottom feeding trash bag Democrats.”
“That is a lot of adjectives.”
“Not as many as what they call
us.”
“You’re getting close.”
“Thanks babe”
“Well, that wasn’t meant to be a
complement but whatever. We got a case.”
“Alright”
“We’re going to Maryland.”
“Maybe we can visit with the
president.”
“We don’t have that kind of
connection and this is Frederick.”
“That’s right outside of
Baltimore.”
“I know.”
“That’s only thirty minutes from
D.C.”
“There’s still the slight
problem that we don’t know the president and can’t just call him to have dinner
with us. Besides, he’s in New
Hampshire.”
“He won’t be for long.”
“You seem to be missing the
first point.”
Nouno laughs as he enjoys
getting a rise out of his wife. Abby
books the flight and when the time comes, they hop on and fly to Maryland. While on the plane, Nouno watches a hearing
in which John Radcliffe is interviewing FBI Director Christopher Wray about the
Inspector General Report that highlighted the misconduct by the FBI with the
FISA court when they opened up a FISA on Carter Page. When asked point blank that now that two of
the four FISA’s have been concluded to be invalid, can we say that the Trump
campaign was spied on? Wray states that
the conduct is unacceptable prompting Nouno to ask aloud, “Why can’t he just answer
a yes or no question with a ‘yes’ or ‘no.’?”
Abby was listening as well and
retorts, “He did answer the question. He
called it unacceptable; that means he doesn’t condone it and he admits
wrongdoing.”
“No, he’s vague. He doesn’t say what is unacceptable.”
“The question was specific for
him so he doesn’t need to reiterate what he is referring to.”
“It’s political speech. This guy is more of a politician than an FBI
director. President Trump should fire
him,”
“You can’t fire everyone that
doesn’t agree with you.”
“He’s covering up for his
predecessors. It’s time that everyone
involved with the Spygate debacle be brought to justice. Wray wasn’t FBI director so he’s not going to
be indicted but other people should be.
There was a lot of malfeasance and they should be held accountable.”
“That’s Durham’s job.”
“Only because the FBI won’t do
it. This is the thing I never understood
about President Trump. He made a show
around the tag line, ‘you’re fired’ yet he hesitates so much and doesn’t fire
people who undermine him and do everything they can to take him down. He
already got impeached, what is he afraid of?
Take off the gloves and start firing everyone that worked with or was
close to Obama because they’re all part of the Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama
mafia also known as the Deep State or the department of justice, IRS, CIA, FBI
and other government organizations.”
Abby just rolls her eyes as
she’s heard this rant several times and thinks it’s an overreaction. The other person sitting in the aisle seat
with Abby in the middle and Nouno at the window looks over and declares, “You
got your wish.”
Abby remarks, “Please don’t
engage him. He’s very passionate about
this shit and he won’t stop.”
Nouno asks, “What do you mean I
got my wish?”
“Trump fired 70 members of the
NSC. Ironically, that three letter
agency wasn’t on your list.”
“I know and that’s where the
whistleblower came out of along with all the leaks with personal correspondence
with the president.”
“Yea, the worst culprit of what
you’re talking about.”
“This is great news; he’s
finally taking my advice.”
Abby reminded, “You don’t have a
connection to the President. You’ve
never spoken to him. He gets hundreds of
thousands of tweets a day, I don’t think your little @realDonaldTrump was seen
by him and he took your advice. He
doesn’t follow you. You’re not that
special.”
The man in the aisle seat
chuckled and was about to stop himself but when he saw Nouno smiling as well he
felt it was okay. He stated, “I’m
curious, what were you referring to?”
Abby sighed and buried her head
in her hands. She wasn’t looking forward
to being in the middle of this back and forth.
Nouno answered, “The invalid FISAs on Carter Page.”
“Well, yea but the FBI didn’t
know they were invalid so you can’t fault them for carrying it out.”
“You can when they lied to the
FISC in order to get the FISA.”
“Well they got shitty
information.”
“They knew it was shitty and
they withheld it from the court. You
have to, by law, reveal all the information you have even if it’s questioning
the credibility of your sources.”
“How do you know they knew?”
“The IG Report”
“”I admit, I didn’t read it.”
“So, there’s a footnote,
footnote 302, where Horowitz talks about a person 1 who was a source for
Christopher Steele.”
“Okay”
“There was an open counter-intelligence
investigation on person one but the FBI left that out. That’s a serious question of his credibility
when he himself has an open investigation against him.”
“Shouldn’t the court know that?”
“The court is not an
investigator. When the FBI agent swears
that they’re being truthful, they believe it.
If they lie, which they did, there are supposed to be consequences but
in today’s climate, anyone against Donald Trump is above the law.”
“Alright, so the source is
questionable and the FBI should have told the court. I’ll give you that but Steele has an
obligation to reveal the information to the FBI and it’s their job to vet it”
“There’s a possibility that it
was a two way street with the informant.”
“What does that mean?”
“The source gives them
information, Steele tells them which parts are demonstrably false, then the
source revises the story to make it more believable. This isn’t only alleged to have happened
between Steele and source one but also Steele and the FBI. When you have an informant, it’s supposed to
be them telling you information and if you know they’re lying, you just deem
them not credible and move on. You don’t
correct them and give them more chances to lie to you.”
“That makes sense but is there
evidence?”
“Steele had an open
highway. He talks with all these FBI
agents, he’s using databases, there’s a meeting he had with Kathleen Kavalec of
the state department where she’s taking notes of all the times he contradicts
himself. This was 10 days before they
opened the first FISA. In the dossier.
he claims not to know things that he told to Kavalec but Kavalec has notes on
how what he’s saying can’t be true. At
first we thought Kavalec told the FBI about all these inconsistencies and
falsehoods but when we saw the dossier be unclear on things that were deemed
false by Kavalec, it seems he revised the dossier based on the meeting. That would suggest Kavalec’s notes were to
help Steele and not vet him as a source.”
“Does this even matter
considering that the investigation into whether Trump colluded with Russia
wasn’t based on the dossier?”
Abby groaned and rolled her eyes
and gave an awkward look to the aisle, “Why did you have to go there?” she
pleaded
Nouno pounced, “That is just
another lie told by the FBI.”
“Why would they lie about that?”
“If they admit to that, then
they have to admit that Hillary Clinton paid for an investigation into her
political opponent. It means the FBI can
be paid to investigate and that seriously hurts their credibility.”
“Alright, so now that we know that
what you’re saying is a serious accusation, back it up.”
“Well, there are a couple
things. One, they allege that it all
started because of a tip they got from an Australian diplomat named Alexander
Downer who alleges that George Papadopoulos told him that the Russians had dirt
on Hillary according to a man named Joseph Mifsud.”
“Yes, that was it”
“That conversation happened in
May. The investigation was opened on
July 31. Let’s look at everything that
happened with the dossier between those two dates shall we? July 5, an FBI agent by the name of Gaeta
flies to London to meet with Christopher Steele. What do you suppose they talked about? During this meeting, according to the IG
report, Steele gave Gaeta what they call report 80. Report 80 was based on information from the
aforementioned person 1. It is here that
Steele admitted he was hired by Fusion GPS and he fears Trump was colluding
with Russia. Then, on July 13, the FBI
New York Field Office the ASAC or Assistant Special Agent in Charge met with
Steele’s handling agent and they discussed person 1, who, like I said, was the
one that created report 80 used in the FISA.
July 30, FBI lead investigators Peter Strzok and Lisa Page’s text
messages go public revealing how they hated Trump and talked about sending
moles and spies to stop Trump from becoming president. The next day, the investigation is open.”
“Alright so obviously this
person one source was questionable but he had other sources.”
“According to him he had
two. The other one told Horowitz when he
interviewed him that Steele exaggerated what he said. He denied the information and claimed that
most of what Steele said he told him was unrecognizable from the actual quote.”
“That’s the first thing you
mentioned that makes Steele look bad.”
“No it’s not because he
contradicted himself with Kavalec a lot.”
“Oh right, yea, sorry, a lot of
information to process.”
“Even Steele didn’t trust person
one.”
“What?”
“He called him an egoist who is
prone to embellishment.”
“Then why did he use him?”
“Presumably because anyone that
had anything negative to say about Donald Trump was given high credibility and
importance.”
“So this had nothing to do with
Papadopoulos.”
“No, that was just a red herring
and a cover up. To further my point,
like I said the investigation was open on July 31. Person 1 started speaking to Papadopoulos
constantly starting from August 2016.”
“After they opened the
investigation, they tried to bring credence to their story by linking Papadopoulos
with the source.”
“Bingo.”
“Holy shit, I need a shower
after this.”
“That’s only the tip of the
iceberg but yea the more you dig the more disgusted you get with the FBI. I’m of the mindset to just dissolve the whole
damn thing.”
“That may be extreme.”
“Yea, maybe but I’m not so sure
anymore.”
The conversation ended and they
flew in peace to Abby’s delight since they had to talk over her to have their
discussion. They land in Baltimore and
Nouno and Abby head toward the hotel.
Abby asks, “Do we know who these sources are?”
“The one that denied everything
Steele claimed he confided in him was Trubnikov who was the head of the Russian
CIA.”
“Oh right, and he knew the CIA
spy Halper.”
“Yea, they taught a course
together in Cambridge. Senator Grassley
sent a letter to the office of net assessment at the Pentagon because they paid
Halper a million dollars in 2015 to write a paper. Halper listed Trubnikov as a consultant and
advisor to the paper. Although Halper
got the money, he never wrote any of the four papers they asked him to.”
“Yea, that’s right, so tax payer
money was used to spy on Donald Trump.”
“Yup.”
“Okay, no more. I’m really getting sick of Spygate.”
“It’s all anyone wants to talk
about when we go on these cases.”
“Yea, I know. It’s kind of weird. I’m surprised nobody has attacked you for
being a Trump supporter yet.”
“You know what? I’m kind of surprised by that too.”
“Anyway, this case is a little
tricky because we’re dealing with a 69 year old man so he’s not going to be in
bars and clubs and stuff.”
“What did he do?”
“He’s a doctor that molests his
patience.”
“So set up an appointment with
him.”
“I can’t, he’s a pediatrician.”
“Well, you’re the one that comes
up with these plans.”
“Yea, I know but you may not
like it.”
“When have I not gone along with
your plans?”
“I called my cousin Helen to
come meet us here.”
“She’s 16”
“Exactly”
“Did you get her an
appointment?”
“I did, for tomorrow.” Abby was
speaking with a sly expression as she was anticipating to be scolded.
“So she’s going to have to
administer the tranquilizer.”
“Yes”
“Alright, let’s just hope she
doesn’t get raped in the process.”
Abby glared at him, “Come
on! You don’t think I’m worried about
that?”
“You’re the one that put her in danger.”
“It’s the best plan and she
agreed. “
“Fine, I’m not saying no.”
“No, but you’re making me feel
guilty about it.”
Later that day, Helen arrives
and Abby and Nouno pick her up at the airport.
The next day, Helen takes her late appointment with Dr. Torres. As she comes in, she fills out the medical
report with a false name and hands them a fake insurance card. Helen is 5’5” with a spray tanned complexion
and long black hair with sharp facial features and curvaceous body with a long
torso. As Helen walks in, Dr. Torres
tells her to sit on the examining table.
She does so with the syringe pressed against her inner arm hidden by her
outer arm just like Abby showed her. Dr.
Torres inquires, “How are you today?”
“I’m a little frustrated with
this gun confiscation in Virginia.”
“Well, good thing we’re in
Maryland.”
“No, seriously, the guy who
wrote the bill, Mark Levine was asked what he was going to do if someone
refuses to hand over their gun.”
“What did Levine respond?”
“That no law abiding citizen
will be affected and that Virginians know that laws change and they need to
adapt.”
“Well that’s a crappy
answer. They’re basically blaming the
victim for not abiding by the law.”
“Right, since the bill says it’s
a misdemeanor if they don’t hand over their property.”
“That’s called stealing in my
book.”
“Mine too but Levine says it’s
not confiscation it’s just a new law they must abide by.”
“Tyranny.”
“Yea, I say my gun my choice on
who I give it to.”
“I like that.”
“Kind of like my body my
choice.”
“Did you recently get an
abortion?”
“No, I only mention that because
I don’t want you to rape me when you’re done with your evaluation.”
Torres’ friendly demeanor
escapes his face as he glares at Helen.
Helen smiles and jams the syringe into the 69-year-old neck and
suppresses the trigger, “Your raping days are over pervert.”
Torres collapses onto the ground
and Helen texts Abby and Nouno who are waiting outside. Helen unlocks the door for them and when she
does, it dawns on her that Dr. Torres was actually going to rape her because
why else would he lock the doors. Nouno
carries Torres out and they place him in the trunk of the car and drive back to
the motel.
Dr. Torres wakes up and looks at
his restraints. He sounds angry as he
calls out, “Oh come on! I’m too old for this shit.”
Nouno looks down, “You weren’t
too old to rape those girls.”
“I’m 69 years old. You really don’t think a teenager couldn’t
fight me off if they wanted to?”
“Old man strength”
“You can’t seriously believe that.”
“Actually I do. We saw it first hand with my cousin Helen
over there.”
Helen waved charmingly but at
the same time tauntingly. Dr. Torres
noticed and gave Nouno a quizzical look, “I didn’t touch her
inappropriately. You didn’t prove
anything. I don’t know what the fuck she
told you…”
“The doors were locked and your
staff was sent home.”
“It was my last patient of the
day so I no longer needed my secretary.
They lock the doors so nobody can come in but only exit. It’s really standard procedure.”
Nouno seemed to actually
contemplate this and paused. This
prompted Abby to jump in, “You raped 20 girls.”
Dr. Torres sighed, “People like
piling on. It’s human nature. Those girls were lying. If I was raping them, why would they stay
with me till past when they have to? I
don’t know why women do this but they all pile on and seek attention by playing
the victim.”
Nouno articulated in a solemn
voice as it finally clicked in his head, “You’re not a pedophile. You wait for the girls to turn 18 and then
you look at their continuing as your patient as proof that they feel for you
what you feel for them. Since they’re of
legal age, you delude yourself that it’s okay and they want you because they
went to you. The reality is it’s just
convenient to go to a doctor that you know then try to find a new one. They don’t stay with you because they want
you sexually, they stay with you because people don’t like change and they like
keeping their doctor.”
“You don’t know what you’re
talking about.”
“No, I think I do. You watch these girls grow up. When you watch someone grow up, it does
something to you. You feel a connection
to them. As these little girls become
young women, you start looking at them differently and then you believe that
your entire encounters with them prior to their turning 18 was just marinating
that meat until it was ripe for the taking.
That’s why you can’t resist and when they refuse, you get physical with
them and reason that at your age, you shouldn’t be able to overpower them so it
must be that they were willing. That’s
how you justify it.”
“It sounds like you’re speaking
from experience.”
“Doesn’t matter because I live
in reality so I know the girl that grew up doesn’t give a shit about you when
she turns 18 so it’s all in your head.
You cross the line when you force yourself upon them. They’re just not into you because it doesn’t
do anything to them that they’ve known you their whole life and grew up with
you. You’re always the adult and the old
guy. They never look at you as the same
age or someone to get romantic with.”
“You’re wrong”
“No, I’m right”
“Seems like you should be
strapped to a table you fucking hypocrite.”
“I never raped anyone, you
did. There’s nothing wrong with getting
the urges, it’s acting on them. You
acted, and that’s why this is happening” as he drove the knife into his
chest.
Helen stayed behind while Nouno
and Abby drove Torres’ body to the crematorium.
They broke in and used the machine to incinerate the body. While the machine was running, they leave and
go to a diner. “Do you think the
Never-Trump Republicans will stop Trump from getting re-elected?” Abby posed.
“Never Trumpers aren’t
Republicans”
“You can’t say they’re not
Republican because they don’t like Donald Trump.”
“I’m not. I’m saying it because they are actively
working to elect Joe Biden in New Hampshire and Iowa because they think he has
the best chance to beat President Trump.”
“Well, that’s how Republicans
are. When you worked for the Leadership
Institute, didn’t they tell you that sometimes you should vote for a Democrat
over a RINO (Republican in Name Only) in order to mess up the country so that
people will realize why they need real Republicans. The Never-Trumpers are doing the same
thing. It’s a strategy taught to you by
a conservative”
“Yes, but I never agreed with
it. I would agree with your and the
media assessment except for the fact that Trump is polling at 94% approval
among Republicans. There can’t be that
many Never-Trumpers and that number be that high. Something is off and I’m thinking it’s that
the ‘Never Trump Republicans’ are really Democrats.”
“It’s a group of John Kasich
fans in Ohio. They’re pissed that Trump
destroyed their candidate so this is their revenge. It doesn’t make them less Republican.”
“They’re very few in number and
clearly don’t have a lot of influence since only 6% of the entire party doesn’t
approve of Trump now.”
“That may change. They were in New Hampshire trying to register
moderate Republicans to be independent and vote in New Hampshire to elect
Biden.”
“I heard about that memo. Fucking retards.”
“Hey hey hey, you can’t call
them retarded because they don’t like your candidate. There are legitimate reasons not to like
Trump.”
“I agree with that. I’m calling them retards because they sent
the memo out in Mid-November but the deadline to change your registration so
you can vote in the primary is October 25.
It was a pointless campaign.”
“Well, I didn’t know that so am
I retard?”
“You didn’t organize an oppositional
campaign against a candidate in favor of another. That fact was irrelevant to you. They were involved in something that made
that deadline essential. If you did what
they did, you would know when the deadline was.”
“That’s true”
They stayed at the diner until
it was time to go clean up the bones and the machine. Luckily for Abby and Nouno, they could talk
to each other for hours because that’s how long it took to cremate a body. They went back to the crematorium and cleaned
up and then went back to the hotel where Helen was sleeping. The next day, they flew back to their homes
as Helen lived in Cleveland.
Unfortunately, the plan Abby put forth was sloppy. Torres’ secretary knew who the last patient
was and she pulled up her records. The
story made national news and Abby noticed Helen’s alias and description being
broadcast on TV. Upon seeing this,
Abby’s eyes widened in horror, she called Helen and told her, “I’m really sorry
but you can’t go back to Baltimore.”
“I wasn’t planning on it,.”
“They have a description of you
and the fake name.”
“At least it’s the fake
one. They’re going to be looking in
Baltimore. I don’t live anywhere near there.”
“I’m just saying don’t go back.”
“Duly noted but I wasn’t
planning on it.”
“I’m so sorry I involved you.”
“Why? A fucking rapist will
never harm anyone again. I didn’t get
hurt. So what that my Baltimore
privileges have been revoked? Like I said,
I had no intention of going back any time soon.
It’s not even that nice of a city.”
“I’m glad you understand.”
“Calm down. We’re good.
Thank you for letting me help.”
“No problem”
Abby got off the phone and shook
her head. She was kind of surprised how
well Helen took it but I guess the facts were in her favor. They didn’t have her real name and they
didn’t know where to look. I guess
she’d worry if the authorities ever did find her.
